your question has to do with deep down dirt, not stain removal, right? Therefore the only way to get dirt from the base of the fibers is through hot water extraction (steam cleaning), using heat, specialty chemicals, agitation, and enough time for the chemicals to emulsify the grease and dirts. As for getting it out of the pad.. I guess I'd have to say there isn't a very easy way. hot water extraction removes a little, but only a little. But I suppose it isn't doing much harm there, is it?
