    Find out what the comparables are in your nabe and price the house very competitively right from the beginning.  Put pictures on Craigslist along with all the good qualities of the house and a good price and wait for people to call or email you.  If someone has an agent ...agree to work with them for half of the commission or even less.

    Be prepared for the scammers. They lurk on craigslist looking for victims.

    Your primary concern should be security.  Pre-qualify the inquiry on the phone before giving out to much information.  Google the buyer to see if they are real if you are going to set up a showing.  If they are serious, they should have a pre-approval from the bank.
