There are some basic requirements when it comes to home body building equipment. They don't have to be expensive and high class. There are much affordable and easy to use equipment that can be purchased in a store or online.

  • There are a lot of exercise that can be done with a work bench
  • A low row cable and pulley-wheel that can be pinned to a short length bar or grip.
  • For the muscles one can get hammy curl
  • Very good exercise equipment is weight disc piles of different sizes and a pole.

Whether you are looking to tone yourself or lose unwanted pounds, there are also videos made just for you. The advantages to this are no shuffling things in your schedule around gym hours and programs and no embarrassing trips to the scales in a busy gym. When the proper program is selected for you, results in-home are a feasible and likely goal. Also, many in-home programs give advice in eating healthy as well as instruct the proper way to conduct exercises. This fact, to some, is more valuable when it can be done at home than trying to accommodate them to a gym schedule. Your doctor, however, should always be involved in any weight management you may be considering.

Nicely written Hub. Keep it up and I want to see more. Yes to the power of exercise. As I'm retired, my wife and I walk the dogs every morning. Then I work out with a routine of yoga, tai chi, and meditation. Peace and Light...Gary.
