FHA (Federal Housing Administration) OR Conventional loan?
If you have a home mortgage, which one do you have?
IDK honestly FHA is a pain in the ass to me. They are picky... I can remember when I tryed to go through them, everything in the house had to be level, there was a couple bees nests that had to be nocked down, paint had to be scraped from the windows. omg and it wasnt bad.. There was always something they wanted fixed so I gave up and went to a regular bank....lol
