      FHA has many advantages over a conventional loan.

      It's a one-time opportunity.  Use it while you can.

    IDK honestly FHA is a pain in the ass to me. They are picky... I can remember when I tryed to go through them, everything in the house had to be level, there was a couple bees nests that had to be nocked down, paint had to be scraped from the windows. omg and it wasnt bad.. There was always something they wanted fixed so I gave up and went to a regular bank....lol
