Too many to count! Carpet in the living room, new baseboard covers, finish trim work in the bedrooms, remodel the dining room, mulch my flower beds and by summer put in the pool. I expect to get half the list done. By the way I do all the work myself with my family helping of course. I do not pay contractors. Wish me luck! How about you? Anything in mind?
We're getting the yard in shape first, aerating and fertilizing the lawn, planting flowers, new mulch, trimming trees. The lawn is constant work here, especially in the spring before the summer heat. The patio/pool area needs to be pressure washed and new plants. I want to hunt around for some different patio furniture.
Inside the bathrooms are getting fresh paint, a ceiling painted,
hopefully both floors tiled. We're also getting ready for a spring yard sale getting rid of a lot of stuff. Some of it will go on Ebay.
