We had a critter that was bugging my husband. He didn't try this on purpose-it just happened.
He keeps a large 5 gallon bucket of water on hand for the bon fires. He kept water in by this critter's hole that he repeated tried to cover up.
Yesterday, the critter was found dead by me (ah! yuk!) in the bucket of water.
I was so impressed-no chemicals, no traps, just a simple every day bucket of water!
Thought I would pass this simple trick on to others. Hope it helps.
Neat trick. I heard you can drown slugs in cups of beer...but that can get expensive
