Cushions used for comfort sitting and laying and for back rest. Most of the furniture items which is being used for sitting and laying purposes has cushions for comfort. With the changing time , the cushions with cover recommended for replacement for the following reasons.

1. Normally seat cushions are preferred with medium or high density , so that it will not get compressed with given time. As such the time goes, we may experience uncomfort , because the cushions getting compressed and losing its shape due to the usage. So, replacement of cushion is recommended based on usage .

2. For back rest , we use medium or low density cushion, because it is not misused like the seat cushions. Unlike seat cushions, back rest cushions is not being compressed. Even then whenever you prefer to o the seat cushions it is advisable to change the back rest cushions. Because one or other you may go for the same.

3. Removing the cushion cover and washing weekly or monthly once , makes the cushion cover colour to fade. So we opt for changing the cushion cover . This cane be done along with replacement of cushions. Apart from that, changing of cushion cover can be done with changing new styles to attract the visitors, friends , relatives. This is applicable for the offices also.

4. Furniture cushions can be replaced without anybody's assistant by taking measurement of cushion and cushion cover. Once you know the details , you may choose medium or high density cushions for seat and medium or low density cushion for back rest.

5. Cushion covers selected may be dark or light in colour based on location and no of windows in the room and door location. Even you can choose the cushion cover colour based the wood you have choosen. Mostly dark colour preferring is good for attraction as well as easy to identify when it gets fade.

6. Apart from cloth cushion covers, we may go for foam or leather also. Leather needs proper maintanance and once you have choosen , replacement of leather cushion cover cost a lot. If you opt for foam , it is possible to maintain and less cost while replacing.

7. Instead of replacing a cushion cover , if it is light in colour you may opt for embrodiery or some self styled art. This will give a new look for your cushion cover.

8. To a step ahead, we shall choose the the cloth and we can sew ourselves the cushion cover, but always we must keep in mind that measurement should be accurate, and we should have the basic idea about making the seat cushions cover.
