kitchen door knobs

An easy way to make the kitchen look new

A couple of years ago, I had the pleasure of designing a new kitchen. We had bought a house in Spain and it is very common that it is just an empty shell that you have to finish. Fitted kitchen was one wonderful task.

The doors were all in wood and all looked quite fancy in my mind. BUT the question of door knobs was not solved. I looked at so many of wood. We had a fantastic hardware store to choose from. Finally I found them. They were white with small blue flowers on. I bought two kinds. One was round shaped for all the doors and the other like a handle for the drawers. The same design and flowers on both. I promise you that it looked very nice!

You can make your kitchen look new

It is amazing so much a change of just the door knobs and drawer handles can do. I have a white kitchen now and with some of these colourfull door knobs, it changes.

I have a feeling that my kitchen is smiling towards me when I go there. Since the price of door knobs is som much less than making the whole kitchen new, we CAN do it!

I DID and I also bought new burner covers. Colourful and made the stove lookin like new!

I think the knobs were pretty - and I never thought about how just a knob could make such a visual change...good!

Little details like door knobs make a difference in how a room looks. I think the ones in my kitchen are at the point where they need to be replaced.
