A recipe for happiness :D
Throughout the human history, man has always sought happiness. In fact he tried so hard to answer all these questions concerning happiness, that he forgot the meaning of life . He forgot to live peacefully with himself. Well, we all ponder happiness, but is there a special recipe for it?
As for a start , people of the twenty first century seem to acquire a distorted picture concerning happiness. They seem to link it to fame or glory. Yet happiness is way beyond it, not even close to it. The grand essentials of happiness are : something to do ( in life ), something to love, and something to hope for . For example, love affection, success, and money earned by hard work can make a happy man. Yet, the principles of happiness differ from one society to another and also from one person to another. And yet, the major and most important principles of happiness is peace with oneself or in other words peace of conscience. And as they say, " and until you make peace with who you are, you'll never be contented with what you are ."
Though happiness isn't a stable everlasting state of mind, there exists things in life that make life interesting and joyful. And as we discover new things in life, we learn to find happiness in more simple things that we couldn't expect, such as a family ,a group of friends that makes you feel at home, or even a cozy bed to hide in when life strikes you with lightning bolts through the window.
Others say that peace with other nations makes a happy man. And that quite true, for when you're at peace with other nations, you learn to stop thinking about death and war, and you soon learn to be more optimistic. And as we know, man is a talking sociable being, and so communication and interaction with other societies, contributes to happiness and sets the human soul free.
And as for a last advice , I state that, "the foolish man seeks happiness from a distance, the wise grows it under his feet. And so , I ask you to let happiness come to you rather than chase its ass all over the globe, and when that happens, man brings misery to his own home ad self destruction to himself. And so, happiness is part of the human nature, and it is what you make out of your life that makes you a happy man.
