Lego Star Wars The Complete Saga 38: Through the Jundland Wastes, Part 4

Updated on September 29, 2008

The Tusken Raiders keep coming, so go a little to the left, and you will notice some large area is glowing. Have Ben use the force and some bones will make a bridge. Cross it, and go left to a pillar on that side. Stand on it, and it will sink. Let it take you down until you can get the Third Canister, and jump back again.

You will need to go up some steps on the right to push off a box. The box will blow up, and there will be debris left below. You can use the force to make a bridge over the quicksand, and Threepio can program the vaporizer. This one is a bit different, as you can chop the one on the left, and some pieces can be used to make a step to a double score zone, where every stud is worth double. In fact, you can make a very large jump to one side of a cliff, and you will find some blue studs worth double.

There are many other places to get studs before leaving for the next area. The next area involves building a landspeeder. You could just take the landspeeder and go to the other side, but why not take it up the area of quicksand. There are several places that you can jump off and get studs. The one further down has a grapple area that Luke can build, and then jump from rock to rock to get the Fourth Canister.

Go ahead and build the controls that will raise up a bridge. From there, there are a few stormtroopers to get rid of, and a lot of places to get studs. For example, Artoo can go to the moisturizer to grow some plants, which if the force is used, will make coins.

Once you are all finished, go ahead and stand all characters on the four pressure points. A lever will come out of the house, that, when pulled, will open a door. As soon as you enter the door, the level will end.

While we are on the subject of pulling levers and things, I think this would be a good time to say something. Lego Star Wars has its share of glitches, and the lever here at the end is one of them. One time, while I was playing this game, the lever to open the door didn’t work. As a result, I had to restart the level.

I have no idea why the game malfunctions this way, and the only way to deal with it is to simply restart the level.
