I have a fantastic recipe for triple chocolate treats the kids love them when ever i make them i have a house full.
250g butter, 140g caster sugar, 1 egg yoke, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, 250g plain flour, 50g coco powder, 85g milk chocolate chunks, 85g white chocolate chunks.
cream butter and sugar. Add egg yoke and vanilla extract and mix. mix in flour and coco powder and milk and white chocolate chunks to a soft dough. scoop the mixture into balls on a non-stick baking sheet. space well apart because they spread. flatter slighty bake for 12- 15 mins then transfer to a cooling rack to firm up. the are to die for here is some more chocolate recipes for you to try good luck and enjoy http://www.swurl.cc/142/
you can never go wrong with scones me and my family love them and so easy to make.
1lb self raising flour,
1/4-1/2 pint milk.
rub the marg into the flour with fingertips until like bread crumbs.
add the sugar - mix well you can add dried fruit or blueberry's if you wish but plain is also nice with jam.
pour in the beaten egg and enough milk to make a sopft dough- mix with a knife.
lightly bring the dough together on a floured surface and roll out into rounds.
place on a greased tray, glaze sweet scones with milk and savoury with egg.
bake at 210oC / gas 7 for 10-15 minutes

When i ake cup cakes i do 8oz self raising flour, 8oz butter, 6oz caster sugar and 4 eggs and i decorate loads of different ways my favorite is cutting a circle out of the middle fill with butter icing cut the circle in half and put in the icing and there you have a butterfly cake yummy try and enjoy
