This is a very simple diet.

Every morning you have 2 eggs and 2 pieces of bacon and one glass of unsweetened grapefruit juice. Please keep in mind that your weight loss can vary depending on how much you exercise. You do not have to exercise but if you want to get truly fit you have to at least go for some walks and start doing a few exercises. Working out on a regular basis will help to keep the weight off.

Lunch, You can have meat any kind any style and you must have a salad with any kind of dressing and one glass of unsweetened grapefruit juice. It does not have to be fat free dressing.

Dinner is exactly the same as lunch.

You can also have any green vegetables but do not omit salad you must have the salad with lunch and dinner.

Please keep in mind that you can eat as much meat and salad as you want and that it can be prepared any style. I have noticed that it works faster if you eat less fatty meats but it still works either way. There is another key to this diet as you have to drink at least 6 glasses of water during the day. With this diet you are supposed to stay on it for 12 days and off for 2. I would suggest starting this diet on a Monday so that every other weekend you can have off from the diet. It is a very easy diet once you get started.
