It's important to know how to differentiate between who is safe, and who is not, including the Principles of various projects that are funded. Everything, and everyone is under major scrutiny, and Fraud activity is still a very current issue.

All Borrowers are now checked out very thoroughly, as opposed to before when it was fairly easy to finance things. If there is anything questionable in ones back ground, the International Banking Firm would not be the place to go. They investigate everyone, and everything before they release $50 MIllion, $100 MIllion Dollars to someone. You absolutely must have all your ducks in a row, and be ready to move forward.

Another very bad thing to avoid is "Shopping" a Project. It demonstrates mis-management, and is not looked upon favorably by any lender. If you've given your Project to a Broker, I can guarantee it's been shopped.

Beware of scams, Up Front Fee's that go into someones pocket, as opposed to being put towards Due Diligence.

Expect Cost involved once the project is approved, ranging from $80k-$125K approx. (If you're applying for the 100% Funding). A "Proof Of Funds Statement is required.

Things in the Lending industry have drastically changed, and it's not limited to the US either. It's spread far, and wide. Getting situated, and being more prepared for what is to come in our Financial Industry is the most logical approach now.

If you're Self Employed, and show nothing on the books, you may want to consider re organizing into a Corporation, showing you get a Salary. That's considered Verifiable Income, and can get you a better Rate on Loans, and qualify for more types of loans.

The Self Employed, are really left out in the cold here. They are the ones who will have the most difficulty qualifying for various types of lending. I have been seeing more loans shot down, than being funded. It demonstrates that we need to revamp things, and resituate ourselves so we can keep the Economic Flow going in the US, and abroad.

This is Nationwide/International Financing for any amount. By Experienced Bankers, who care greatly about their reputations, and their Clients reputations. Between the Group of Bankers, we have well over 100 years of experience combined. 26 of those years are my personal hands on experience.

I currently work for a Bank, and with an International Banking Law Firm. They have my Picture, Resume, complete back ground check, and probably a copy of my NYS Realtor License on File, which you are also finger printed for. I am a Banker/Broker. Meaning I work for a Bank, and with an International Bank with the ability to Broker to other Banks.

Unlike a Broker, who mainly forwards loan packages to a variety of lenders, not knowing in advance what the outcome will be. They are not a direct Bank.

When I receive a Loan Package, It is reviewed In House at whichever Firm applies. The international Banking firm handles $10 Million and up. The smaller Bank will Fund up to $6 Million, plus we have a host of Private Banking lenders, who cover the in between.
