That is what I like about it. It is one of the most user friendly property management software that I have used. And after several years of using it I would not even user another.

I have used this software for about 4 years now and I have a total of about 20 rental properties that I track. The consistent retrieval of data and earning that I can easily view each and every month has been essential to my success. This has allows me to see which move I want to go to next when it comes to new ventures in real estate investment opportunities. With all of the history that I have from my recent property accruals, I can better understand future investments that I want to add onto the software.
Property Management software "LandlordMax" allows you to keep track of all your revenues and expenses through the input of Accounting Entries. You can then generate reports based on those Accounting Entries to show you exactly where your finances are. You can also record amounts that are owed that you can generate reports such as "Late rents" that allow you to better manage and collect your late rent fees.
The Accounting Entry portion s any revenues or expenses you wish to record. Expenses associated with a building include a laundry machines, school taxes, mowing the lawn, mortgage, management fees, new roof, parking licenses, etc. Revenues are of course rents, etc. To clarity, all revenues are displayed in green and all expenses are displayed in red within the program.
You can also create two entry types which consist of:
- The One-time Accounting Entry for a payment that you will have only once
- The Scheduled Accounting Entry for any recurring payment automates rent
How many units can I enter?
The software can hold unlimited units and all for the same price. It has been already tested with over 50,000 separate building units successfully. More than what anyone will ever need.
What upgrades, updates, and releases do I receive?
Purchases of LandlordMax Property Management Software is entitled to up approximately one year of free software updates and upgrades, which include major releases from the month of purchase. This Property Management Software doesn't differentiate the license by released version but rather by dates. If you don't want to upgrade to the latest version, you can continue to use the last version of LandlordMax Property Management Software you had installed indefinitely
Can I transfer my database from one computer to another?
The Database Restore and backup information from the manual located online will explain how to restore and backup your database, which consists of transferring it from one computer to another. Note that this can be done from a Windows computer to a Mac computer, and vice versa as well.
