Extreme Couponing and Coupons

Save Money With Coupons

Couponing has taken the world (or at least the USA) by storm ever since Extreme Couponing has went on the air. There was a lot of anticipation about this show coming out as many people are looking for practical ways to save money, especially with the economy the way it is. Once the show aired, there was a lot of disappointment because much of it was focused more on extreme hoarding rather than extreme couponing. Most people do not want 50 mustard's, or boxes of toothpaste, toothbrushes, in their basements.

There are lots of great ways to save money buy using coupons and great deals that can be found. Here are some great ways to save money by utilizing the Internet, printable coupons, and other various resources.

Printable Coupons

There are literally TONS of printable coupons online, although it can get a little overwhelming if you're not for sure where to start. Two of the most popular websites for printable coupons are Groupon.com and Smartsource.com.

If you sign up for Mypoints.com you can print out your coupons AND get points for printing and using them. The points add up and can be used for giftcards.

Getting Coupons for Produce

A lot of people aren't aware that you can get coupons for produce. What you do is look at the produce for a brand name. Then go online and google the brand name along with the fruit or vegetable. Like "Bristol strawberries." I got a printable .50 coupon for these strawberries. You can do this with any fruit or vegetable.

Getting Coupons for the Brands You Love

You can get coupons for the brands of food you love. Just google whatever brand you are looking for, like "Tony's pizza." A lot of companies put their coupons on the websites instead of adding you to mailing lists and sending them out by snail mail.
