Free Foreclosed Homes List
When searching for free websites for foreclosed homes, you'll find that many websites claim to have free foreclosure listings, but when you search the site you discover that there is a catch. In most cases, it is a 7-day free trial period and you have to enter your credit card information up front. Occasionally you will find a site that only asks for your contact information. You have to give them your phone number and e-mail address in exchange for viewing the listings. This is not a bad deal if you don't mind spam and telemarketers.
However, there is one site I've found that actually does offer a free foreclosed homes list without any catches. You don't have to give them your credit card information, e-mail address, phone number or even your name. All you have to do is search the site, and you are rewarded with a list of foreclosures that includes all of the information you need to purchase the property, even the listing real estate agent's phone number.
The website I am talking about is Free Foreclosure Database. You can search the Free Foreclosure Database website by filling out the form on the home page or clicking on a state. If you click on a state, you will be taken to a page that has clickable links for each of the towns and cities in the state. Just click on the link for the city you are interested in to view the listings.
The only thing I don't like about Free Foreclosure Database is that you can't view results for multiple cities and towns at once. You have to click each one separately. That can make searching the listings time consuming if you are not sure what area you want to buy a home in. However, if you want to a free foreclosed homes list without giving out your personal information, Free Foreclosure Database is the best site I've found.
