Meditation Techniques To Manifest Money!

Meditation takes many forms and serves many many functions. Meditating for money is not a new technique, people have been money meditating for over 6000 years. Meditating for money involves a thorough cleansing of negative energy around money. Reprogramming Your mind and spirit with a new abundance consciousness. There are many benefits for money Meditating: 1.You will be able to create your deepest desires for wealth 2. You'll be able to manifest money success and power, when ever you want, right at your finger tips. 3. Meditating helps open you up and provides spiritual growth and development. 4. You will develop control over your mind,life and finances. 5. Meditating Helps promote peace and tranquility that allows wealth to flow faster.

Techniques For Money Meditation: 1. Sit in a very comfortable position, surround yourself with pillows if need be, mentally analyze your body for tense muscles and release any tense spots and relax. Relax to the point of feeling your body has disappeared.

2. Now that your comfortable its time to turn off the chatter in your mind, you can achieve this, by paying close attention to your breathing, just focus on your respiration's and breath in and out, inhaling and exhaling. If you want, you can say a chant, a very popular one that Buddhist have been using for thousands of years to manifest money, prosperity and love is the most popular Nam Myoho Renge Kyo you may chant this one over and over again as many times as you want . This chant simply means: "I fuse my life with the mystic law of cause and effect through sound and vibration". Which, when you meditate you are sending out vibrations to the universe to create your desire which is wealth. You do not have to chant, it just helps you vibrate at a higher speed, sending wealth your way faster.

3. You want to close your eyes and focus on a picture in your head , just like a photo. It can be a picture of you scratching a lottery ticket, see the winnings, if its $500,000 then see it clearly. Your boss putting a check in your hands, make sure you can see the amount of money you desire on the check. Winning a game of roulette in Las Vegas, what ever your heart desire. Get that picture in your mind and just hold it for about 2 minutes, and make it clear, like a photo, If your picture is foggy you have to make it crystal clear. Hold that image for as long as can while breathing, keep track of the time with an alarm. Release more and more oxygen to your brain. In order to use a larger percentage of your brain, it needs an abundance of oxygen. So inhale and exhale and take deep breaths and focus on your crystal clear image. Hold that image as long as you can, add your feelings,when you feel like you can't hold it any longer, let go, relax and take a break, regain your energy and begin with your image again, repeat until you can not take anymore, push your self, make it a challenge or goal, but never feel stressed about it.

Meditating Money Manifestion Reminders

* Have very strong intentions while meditating, you want to manifest your desires for wealth, it must come from the heart, it cannot be vague.

* You must be specific about how much money you want while meditating, you want to send out strong vibrations to the universe, $500,000 has a different vibration from $500.00 .

* You must trust the universe, do not try to control the outcome, through your intentions the universe knows what you want, and will give you what you desire, put aside your fears and doubts and trust the universe.

* Let go of your expectations, which are fear based, let go, and allow the universe to work its magic.

* Hold on to good uplifting feelings, the sooner your wealth will manifest in your life.

Mainly the thousands of years of chanting Nam Myoho Renge Kyo. What is the source of your information.

I love meditation. It is the foundation of my practice. The only remedy for my mental illness are different forms of meditation and tuning forks.
