The Power of a to Do List

There is a lot to be said about a functional to do list.

Power is defined as:

ability to do or act; capability of doing or accomplishing something.

List is defined as:

a series of names or other items written or printed together in a meaningful grouping or sequence so as to constitute a record: a list of members.

I have met people that have said I don’t have to write anything down it is all remembered mentality. Yes, I have tried this approach not writing down a to do list and I seem to get over whelmed with doing task process slows down. Also, the goals that I am wanting and desire move further away. When you can cross off your task on your to do list and see that they are completed you have accounted physically counting down your task. When you don’t write down your task with a to do list your priority of your goals or task can get foggy.

The Power of a to Do List will allow you to obtain your needs, wants and desire. I have operated in this Power to function with a to Do List since elementary school. The amazing fact about the Power of a to do list, you get the chance to cross of the list as you priority things are accomplished. This gives you the opportunity to recharge and refuel as your task and goals are reached.

Take the challenge of seeing The Power of a to Do List a step at a time if you’re not use to the concept.

EXAMPLE:

pay rent or mortgage

pay car not

pay insurance

Go to the doctor for physical

maintain health

prosper in relationships

exercise

lose weight

The Power of a to do List which you can start off with your to do list that will get your bills paid each month if you write down and follow. Actually, every month thorough the year you will meet these basic goals to maintain your life. This method has worked for me it is up to you as a reader to apply and start your own Power to do List that apply to your lifestyle and life.

The Power of a to do List when you chose to write one everyday write 7 to 14 things or task to do on your list. Now that you have written down 7 to 14 things or task in a 24 hour day you will generally complete up to 7-12 in order to get your proper sleep and or rest. I challenge you to start today and make you lit and test how many task will you complete on your list? Once you test this concept you will know the above example will work for you as long as you work the
