What You Should Know About Debt Settlement Companies

The standard business model for many of these companies goes something like the following. You will be advise to stop paying your creditors, which they say will motivate a settlement. I agree if you find yourself in need of debt settlement than a good attorney is who you should work with. I have worked with other non-attorney debt settlement companies in the past only to find they made my clients situation worse in every case.
