Why I love working for Vector Marketing
Honestly the biggest reason I love working for vector, is because they have such a fantastic team environment. I have been wondering through the world of sales and marketing since I was at least 15 years old. And I can tell you what will make or break the future of a New rep; it's the level of social significance a person feels towards the people they work with environment the work in. There are certain elements that every person needs with any job they work, but with sales jobs they are even more essential to your success. a lack of these elements is often why most people head for the hills when a sales opportunity crosses your path for most of you reading this article, I'm sure you know exactly what I'm talking about. Most sales jobs pit you up against the greatest achievers and the laziest underachievers in your area, leaving you feeling awkward and unaccomplished in that gray area in the middle that most of us start out. most of us start out with either no sales skills at all or a jumble of good skills mixed with bad habits from other sales jobs. In either situation we need to find ourselves in a team environment that can help us grow bring where we are. An environment that leaves us with the feeling of fulfilment and meaning when we head home at the end of the day.
With any job but particular with sales jobs, each rep needs to feel certain that they can enjoy time with their team. that they are both needed and allowed to need, and that they have a positive and strong individual identity that blends well with the rest of the team. it's all about finding the right combination of support, significance and certainty of pleasure. I know this may not be true for everyone who works for Vector Marketing, but at least for me it holds true that these values are taken seriously at Sector marketing. Just as Cutco maintains that they create the world's finest cutlery, vector creates the best community environments where their reps can learn life skills and become more than just independent sales artist. We end up playing as hard as we work, which is such a difference for most of the other sales jobs that I've been privileged to experience.their regular team meetings and workshops to help support growth and social significance, and the environment is competitive but in friendly ways. It's rather like being a part of an intellectual football game, where you all work together towards a collective goal instead of just running to feel like a chicken with your head cut off.
More importantly, Vector works to evolve as the world in their communities evolve. They still teach the same fundamentals, but they find new ways to relate the same information to new generations of sales reps who are ready to take on the vector challenge.the community environment fostered by Vector Marketing is really what took me by surprise the most. I'm use to go into if place of employment, ready to put my head down I get to work without grumbling. This is why for the past 8 years, I've avoided anything that might be considered a normal job and I'll get for self employment of very degrees. But a little birdie suggested I give vector marketing a chance,and I'm glad that I did.
Supported opportunities for growth and contribution
You see it time in time again,jobs that offer unlimited growth potential and even room to beat ultra creative. And all for some jobs that offer to pay you top wages and give you more benefits 10 any other.
Rarely is it true that you actually get any of these things. Now I'm not going to say that vector marketing will offer you a'll of that glamour and glory. but what I can say is that they make the letter of success much easier to climb, which makes it much easier to take advantage of the opportunities to grow that they offer. You see its not that all the other jobs don't have unlimited growth opportunity, it's just that most of them don't support you enough that you can achieve the level of gross that you really want. Whereas vector strives to make sure that you meet every goal you set, both within their own company needs and within your own life.
well they certainly expect you to be where you say you will be, when you say you'll be there, one of the greatest things about being an independent sales contractor is that your schedule is yours to set. Vector makes sure there's plenty to do, and that you're needed quite often, but they don't overstep the bounds of your self imposed schedule and there's no need to fear being fired if you need to improvise every once in awhile.
At Vector marketing you'll certainly be expected to hold yourself accountable for your goals and actions, but its up to you what those goals will be and what will happen if you don't achieve them.
