WOW.. haven't heard that name in a minute.
Back in the early 2000s, during my in-between job periods I worked for them as an auditor. Not a bad job (for part-time) but we did lock horns over the break thing which resulted in me walking off to do what I needed to instead of them telling me I had to wait more than 4.5 hours to use the restroom, etc.
Not sure what the current suit is about but the strange thing was that I worked another 2-3 assignments before getting a letter in the mail saying that there was something negative in my "background" (never been arrested or fired from a real job). My reward resulting from a class action lawsuit based on the above scenario was something like $15 and it came about a year after I got notice of lawsuit.
