Why do grocery store products deceive consumers, and how do companies get away with it?

An example is a loaf of bread labeled Blueberry Bread. The first fruit found in ingredients was elderberries and the next one cranberries. Blueberries was almost at end, meaning very few blueberries in this item. A new juice sounded good with fruit juices and vegetable juices. When I got home, Iooked it up on computer only to find a pending lawsuit for deception in ingredients. It contained possible dangerous items. The list is endless. Frustrating!!!!! I may use the answers iin a hub.
