Everything is possible with internet. As such all over the world people search for informations. Through blogging if you can provide them the right information , it is possible to make a living from blogging.
But for the starting it may be residual income.
Yes I know that it is possible. The problem is getting started and learning the curves. People that are already blogging professionally don't want to share unless you pay for it.
You can, if you believe and put some thought on it. I wrote a very similar topic on this at one of my Hubpages. To start with, you have to plant it in your mind and at the same time work on it continuously.
Anything is possible, but you should start with caution. Don't expect to see readers or money right away. If you are good the readers will show up gradually and so will the money. One recommendation I can give you is to start off on your spare time and spend more time if you do see growth in your blog.
