Does anybody know any simple program/website/free if possible to study affiliate marketing? I do not have a lot of time and even less knowledge, but willing to learn and try. I bought some programs in the past - complete failure. I am not even sure, if it wasn't a plain scum? Email me if you can akorneychuk1@yahoo.com or post here so everybody could benefit.

I think the best way to learn is to see what those who are successful are doing. Check out Mark Knowles, livewithrichard, nelle hoxie and thisisoli - all are doing well through affiliate sales here on HP. (I'm not doing bad either, but their sales are far in excess of mine!)

Thanks, but I think writing Hubs and being affiliate are different ventures, may be I am wrong. Time, time, I wish I had more hours...

Writing Hubpages and being an affiliate are hardly different ventures.

But, most who are profitable in the affmarket field do have their own sites where they retain 100% control and profits of their work.

But, if you cant profit off a hubpage, your chances of succeeding with self hosting etc. are rather slim (IMO)

Prepare yourself for lots of spam!

I would stick to writing your email address like this....

      akorneychuk1 AT yahoo.com

Else you will have bots harvesting your email address within seconds, and then thousands of emails from spammers and scammers....

    Quick Resources:

Affiliate Networks to use with HUbpages

    Affiliate Marketing Lexicon

Why dont I make money from adsense/ The Keyword Academy

30daychallenge (good, but take with grain of salt as he suggests alot of trial products that really dont pan out to be very great..but they do give a free market samurai trial ..that is VERY good)

Look up Shoemoney, John Chow, Grizz, CJU , - affiliate marketing training materials are everywhere! Your first skills to acquire are a BS filter and the ability to use google well.

oh yeah, remember, all affiliate training that is free, will ultimately be trying to sell you something somewhere - except maybe Grizz

Thanks, everybody for your answers. Thanks, sunforged for some points you showed me. That was my main goal: to get some starting points from some of you, because Google gives  huge information, you can drown in it and everybody wants to sell you something (surprise, surprise). I did not realise that my email could be spammed through forum, I am getting a lot of spam-m-m-m-ms already!
