Even William Buffet cannot guarentee the direction of a stock, fool.
Penny stocks are incredibly volatile and are actually a very good way for the inexperienced investor to lose money.
If a person actually had a system that could find the few penny stocks that will succeed, then they would spend their time trading stocks and not trying to promote their "method" on HubPages.
Sorry if I had a bit of a rant, but offline I work in the financial area and I get very tired of people like this.
Guaranteed penny stock profits? Not likely. More likely guaranteed to lose your ass.
