As The Smoke And Dust Settle...

I had been quieter than usual as the mid-term elections approached, at least here. To watch the destructive behavior of the Democratic Party that I had predicted when Obama was first elected back in 2008 was shaping up nicely. That destruction seems to even now be building up a full steam ahead attitude because of the arrogance and petulance of one Barack Hussein Obama. As usual he claimed he "heard the message." The reality is Obama is tone deaf to the electorate.

The focus this past election was the "do nothing US Senate" of Harry Reid and flipping that electoral body in an attempt to maybe get a few useful bills through the process during the last two years of the nation having to endure Barack Hussein Obama. It is now obvious to most, other than die hard Democrats who never will admit he duped them, that the Obama "social experiment" was a very bad idea. The attitude was lets just take an unqualified, inexperienced snake oil salesman and put him in charge of the country and play a version of Russian roulette with "hope and change."

Now I do have to admit that I abhor the President of the United States being a pathological liar who actually may believe his own lies. Enough about Obama now as I use him here to illustrate a point about why the Senate had to change for the tax payer's benefit, not those on the dole. Ideologies are fine for some that don't care to think for themselves and be led blindly along by those who live and die by ideological nonsense that has failed before and will fail again.

It turns out that the do nothing Senate commissioned a study to report back on the state of the US economy. Obama always paints a rosy picture but remember that roses have thorns. What is especially insulting is that this sort of commission is funded by whom? Try the US taxpayer as your first stab at it. Captain Obvious could have saved us all a heap of money by allowing him to state the obvious to those of us who live out here in Survivalville and not LalaLand.

It didn't take a commission of geniuses to figure out the results but the Democratically controlled Senate isn't packed with the deepest of thinkers but rather professional pickpockets. A band of robbers is rarely concerned with "facts" and lean more to exercising their ideological agendas often at the peril of the us tax payer and worker.

So how much bad news was delivered at our expense that we already should have been aware of? Contrary to what Obama feeds his sheeple as a regular diet the US economy is in sad shape. Why? Because this administration seems intent on focusing on anything, or everything, besides what it should be laser focused on - the state of the economy. There are over 380 House passed bills, many of them job creation bills, that are sitting on Harry Reid's desk because he, and he alone, decided not to bring them to the floor of the US Senate.

So the commission results were obvious even before the commission gaveled itself into existence. It was determined that paycheck sizes have been in a tail spin, a declining job market and rising labor participation rate have been dismal at best . Combine that with small businesses either suffering or closing shop and one should easily see the economy is in the tank. Surprisingly, though not too much so, is that Wall Street is doing great.

Seriously though does it surprise you that the Senate commissioned this study even though their party leader, Barack Hussein Obama, is constantly on record as telling us that "the economy is better but the average American doesn't feel it?" Many of those party ideologues feed at Obama's feed bin so wouldn't you think they'd believe every word he has uttered, often falsely, on the economic state of the nation. So these trusted stewards of our tax dollars flushed some more cash down the money hole to prove what he said is borderline truth. The truth being that Wall Street is being propped up and the average American IS NOT feeling the effects of pumping bad money after bad money.

Obama's Ideological Bent

For six (6) straight years our nation has endured reckless, nonsensical policies rammed forward by an arrogant, power hungry nobody in the guise of one Barack Hussein Obama. He won a popularity, glamor contest with no substance or experience. In other words he talks a lot without really saying anything other than "look over here at this crisis instead of what is really important." He's a typical community organizer and nothing else but that.

What we have been experiencing for far too long, and I dare to repeat myself here, is taxation without representation. The nation endured that once before at its creation and we seem to have come full circle. The latest example of this rudderless ship called the US Senate was the Dems needing a study to affirm what most people who are actually experiencing the economy on a daily basis already knew: "big government running a nation's economy doesn't help anyone but big businesses who are already in bed with that government." That's regardless of party affiliation folks.

In short that commission was a total waste of our tax dollars as many government commissions and studies attest to. We may just be starting to answer the key questions here in my thesis by looking at the results of the mid-terms which Obama remains in denial about. These are vultures we keep electing and political party hacks. I've asked these before and I will continue to ask again as we wake more people up. Why do we give these professional pick pockets more time in office to screw up our economy and ultimately destroy this nation? Why do we pay these people to NOT do their jobs? Should we really trust people with their own self-serving interests and hunger for power with the pressing issues of nation governing.


The answer to my questions remains the same as it has been for decades. What we no longer need is tax and spend politicians who spend a lifetime screwing things up and appointing non- elected bureaucrats to create volumes of red tape in an effort to control our lives and by extension our very being. People speak of needing term limits which is asking these self-serving morons to abolish their own lifetime positions. "We, the people... " are the term limits needed.

We need elected officials who understand who they work for and why we send them there. If they can't be accountable and hack it then they need to pack it. Vamoose, scram, and go home as we have enough welfare recipients to take care of.

Think about what the founders did and why. They ended up living under a tyrant who didn't understand that "no" means "no." King George III was tone deaf too. Taxation without effective representation isn't the system the founders wanted future Americans to have to abide by.
