Today, 9/11/2010, I took my American Flag to the front of my house and posted it to hang out over my front yard for the day in observance of those who died on that tragic day nine years ago. I then strolled into the front yard and picked up the morning paper. I opened it up and scanned it as I walked back into the house. There was no mention of 9/11. None! This liberal rag they call a newspaper here did not see fit to observe the day in any way. I can only think that the newspaper took this action so as not to offend anyone who might agree with the actions of the terrorists on that fateful day. What a gutless excuse for a newspaper. No wonder most of them are having trouble surviving in today’s world.

The newspapers and the media are not alone in searching for ways to soften the story which took place on 9/11. They have continually offered up potential excuses as to how America may have brought the attack upon itself by actions that were perceived as arrogant in the terrorist world. 2,977 innocent people lost their lives on 9/11. When they woke up that morning and headed for work, they had no plan to not come home. It was just another day, another great day to be alive and living in America. In a matter of seconds, minutes, and hours, their lives were snuffed out one by one by 19 cowardly bags of scum who did not deserve to share the earth with any of those people. How dare anyone make excuses for what these cowards did to our fellow Americans or any of the other peace-loving people who happen to be present at that fateful time. There is no basis for it and no case can be made.

Those who would perpetrate this crime make claims of their religious affiliation. Their dedication to Allah. Their desire to bring down the infidel nation that is America. They call themselves al Qaeda but in reality they are nothing but a bunch of cowardly bastards who hide in caves or use women, children or places of worship to shield themselves from the retaliation they so deserve. The nineteen animals who carried out this crime were cowards, stupid cowards, really stupid cowards to believe that what they were doing was anything that approached ‘righteous’ in any sense of the word. They were insanely stupid to follow the suggestions of those who called themselves ‘leaders’ but are only cowards themselves. In fact, worst cowards. At least the ones who carried it out had the guts to kill themselves. That is less than I can say for their cowardly leaders who hid in caves and awaited the celebration of their success.

America has always been a freedom loving, peace loving country. With that desire, America has also enjoyed a broad liberty to go about life in pursuit of happiness. We have welcome others to our country with open arms who expressed the same desires. Americans have distributed money and aid around the globe freely to others not as fortunate as ourselves. America is always there in times of strife and tragedy at any spot in the world that needs and is willing to accept our help. The examples of America’s generosity and kindness far out number any acts of aggression this country has shown to the world.

These animals took advantage of our liberty as Americans and came to this country bent on committing an act of terrorism that would symbolize their ability to reign over America’s might on our own shores. They were successful in carrying out that plot mainly due to the relaxed nature of the American lifestyle. The citizens of this country did not believe anyone could be so stupid as to attack America in its own house. We paid a price for that mindset and 2977 innocent people paid the ultimate price with their lives. In those moments and hours afterward, as a public we mourned; we cried; we prayed and asked God in so many ways how he could let this happen. As the days and weeks passed, we cleaned up, wiped our tears, and buried our dead. And then we got mad. As a country, we vowed that an act such as that would never happen again upon the grounds of this land. Nine years later, I pray that we still have that resolve.

After carrying out Japan’s attack on Pearl Harbor, Japanese Admiral, Isoroku Yamamoto remarked, “I fear that all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with terrible resolve.” Much the same can be said for the attacks of 9/11 upon America. Yes, our citizens died; yes buildings were destroyed; yes, people felt a sense of terror for a time. But, those who would carry out such a hideous act must know by now that it did not paralyze America by any means. The act did nothing to make the people of America want to appease such a fanatical group of animals by bowing to their demands. It did noting in that regard. No one comes to our house and carries out such an act and lives very long to celebrate the fact. Our resolve to find every person involved with that attack will not waiver. We will hunt you to the ends of the earth and when we find you, don’t be surprised if we crawl into your cave while you are sleeping and silently slit your throat. The last sound you hear will be your own gurgling words praying to Allah to be released from death. Even that death will be too good for the likes of cowardly animals like you.

Today, we must remember that we do have brave men and women working throughout the world to carry out our resolve for those attacks . These men and women risk their lives on a regular basis to gain information or carry out orders to balance the scales of justice in our fight against terrorism in the world. This is not just our fight as Americans for every peace loving soul in this world has a stake in it if they are to be shielded from the acts of terror that these cowards will bring upon the world. If they are not opposed, they are emboldened. They only understand strength and they feed on weakness. America, nor any other country of this world, must never show a weakening or lack or desire in defeating these cowards and removing every last trace of their existence from this earth. God Bless Us All.
