Conservatism: Mindless Drivel of the Far Right (Tea Party) Republican Party
Signs of De(Mented) Geniuses
Beginning with the recent utterances of the likes of Michelle Bachmann, Sarah Palin and a former US Vice President Dick Cheney illustrates just how disconnected to the reality of the average American. The catastrophic ideological rhetoric of the modern Tea Party is so distorted and misinformed based solely on the mindset of the Jim Crow Era 1950's.
As a student of history, the Jim Crow era was adamantly opposed to economic and racial equality. Now, that along with the fact that we as Americans have not only elected but re-elected the first African American President in our Nation's history. This fact must really mortify them to the very core of their being. Another thing that deeply disturbs the Modern Tea Party is the fact that President Obama tries to address relevant social issues that affects American middle (income) class families. not the Special Interest Groups or Corporate Interests. Because they're mostly motivated to obstruct each and every policy that President Obama endorses or tries to get passed into law for the good of the common man, not corporate interests.
Another thing I find particular disturbing is the common rhetoric and misinformation campaigns that Tea Party Conservatives continually choose to engage in, yet most low information constituents continuously and blindly buy into their misinformation. When their rhetoric while appealing on the surface, but it is generally use to distract them from the basic issues that average or most Americans whose annual incomes are less than $45K hold dear.
As a general observation, Tea Party supporters rarely notice even if on only a subconscious level that corporate profits are continually increasing at record levels while the basic C.O.L.A (cost of living allowances) and pay rates are stagnant. Except the pay for the CEO, CFO, COO's of the corporations have been skyrocketing over the last 20 years or so. Essentially the costs of goods and services are constantly on the rise.
Proof For The GOP's Misinformation Pudding
Doctrine of Scare Tactics & Misinformation
Now for those low information constituents or those that can't see the trees whilst standing in the middle of a very dense forest. The Tea Party / GOP have tried to further pull the wool over your eyes by saying that the Affordable Care Act is economically bad for the country. When there are many non bias sources of actual facts to back up the veracity of the positive benefits of the law. The lies are utterly ludicrous and void of any accuracy within the narratives.
Another disturbing fact is that House Republican in Congress have tried to repeal the law, by voting 50 times and failing to do so miserably each time. But that's only the smokescreen meant to distract the people from the true facts The US Supreme Court upheld the validity of the law, making it the undeniable the law of the land. Other facts that House Republican don't really highlight in the media, is that the Affordable Care Act is primarily a Republican idea. Modeled after former Republican Presidential Candidate, Mitt Romney's own version of the law.
Tea Party / GOP Conservatives tend to be disconnected from the pulse of everyday middle class American interests and more so in their own personal agendas. Like their Re-Election Campaigns and how or what's in it for them via some form of monetary personal gains. Namely who's filling their campaign coffers. In the GOP circles, it's all about their own power and influence. Something as noble as honesty and integrity, are treated like punchlines instead of the inherent nobility of representing the constituents who cast their votes to get them elected them to the very office that they occupy.
This is a wake up call for America's Middle Class, STOP voting against your own best INTERESTS!
