Hey Deadbeats how about Occupying a Job?

Where do these drones come from? Do they materialize out of thin air; beam me down Scotty? Sure there are the professional agitators such as Barrack Hussein Obama before he ascended to the throne. There’s Jesse Jackson who never met a protest he didn’t like; Reverend Al, can you say Tawana Brawley; the American Communist Party which in recent years has morphed into the modern Democratic Party; and of course the Union Bosses who always rally behind the so called downtrodden just as their predecessors (Lenin and Trotsky) taught them to do way back in 1917!

What exactly do they want? Well one of their signs, probably their most explicit, best describes their Peter Pan Agenda; “Everything for everybody.” Really, exactly how do you achieve everything for everybody? I only wish these dufuses would be forced to watch coverage of their counterparts in Greece to see exactly what everything for everybody gets you. What the end result of successful protest such as those being staged by this Demonic Mob (thank you Ann Coulter) across the country is Nothing for No One! Of course they can’t see reality because they have been blinded by the Democrat Party incited hatred for the so called rich. Thanks Barrack Hussein Obama; this is what your years of preaching Class Warfare has led to! Still the Taxes of Evil Obama, Pelosi and Reid continue to recite the mantra; Fair Share-Tax the Rich-Tax the Rich-Fair Share.

Well guys and gals here are some crucial life lessons that have obviously escaped your mentally challenged view of the world! I know you don’t want to hear this but it is high time someone fed you some truth instead of the liberal pabulum spoon fed to you throughout you formative years!

Life isn’t fair; despite the attempt of the public school system to do away with grades; grade students on effort instead of results and install their 2 plus 2 equals 5 what’s the difference programs, Life isn’t Fair! Your misconception of the concept of justice; that being justice and economic equality are one in the same, just isn’t so! As Mic Jagger said, “You can’t always get what you want.” Well friends justice and economic opportunity are and will always remain equal but justice and economic equality are not; economic equality depends solely upon individual effort and qualifications.

Next, how about that highly acclaimed “level the playing field?” You can level the playing field all you want and we have taken enormous steps in this country to assure a level playing field; Affirmative Action is one such Field Leveling Program but you cannot alter the fact some people have better skills, talents or good old fashion Work Ethic that land them in better places. Unless you are willing to skew the contest as the Democrats presently want to do; regardless what your talents, skills and work ethic have earned for you they will take it from you in the form of higher taxes and redistribute it to those less fortunate. Redistribution is their answer to Leveling the Playing Field!

Moving on to life’s next lesson, where did you Dunderheads get the idea that life was about free stuff? Where will the “free” college degrees and “free” health care come from? Your signs calling for such make you look like the naïve idiots you are. Colleges and hospitals may be free in Never Never Land where you can all go and meet Peter Pan but in the real world they operate on real currency not on rainbows and sunshine. Those of us that went to work and accumulated “our stuff” the old fashion way by working for it owe you neither a degree nor an annual physical! You want something go out and work for it like we did; quit lying around and protesting waiting for the Marxist Fairy to leave you some money under your pillow!

Here’s another big surprise for you Tinker Bells; in the real world your word is your bond. Loans are made based on solemn promises to repay them. No one forced you to borrow the money; there were other avenues open to you that would not have required the loans. So put your silly little signs protesting the repayment of student loans down and put on your big boy pants, go out and get a job. Despite what the Obama Regime tells you it’s not the banks fault; the fact you didn’t get squat for an education was your own damned fault. It’s hard to absorb much when you spend all your waking time figuring out how to party a little hardier than the night before!

Finally, the Party’s over it’s time to call it a night! You look foolish, you smell gross, you are clearly high and you don’t seem to realize that all around you are people who deem you irrelevant. In a word; if you want to really make a difference join society and try to rectify what you see as the inequities from within not from without. But a word to the wise; there are still more of us out here that are more than satisfied with Capitalism and the fact it isn’t working for you is your own fault. Next time around consider who you are placing your vote for because if it’s truly a job and a piece of the pie you want vote to throw the Regime out; if it's Free Stuff and Social Justice and all those other worn out slogans from the 60’s you’re after I suggest you move to a country where all these Platitudes exist; Cuba. I’m sure you can find plenty of citizens there that would be more than willing to trade places with you.

In the mean time; try Occupying a Job!

PP - Nice job. Thought I would throw out a comment before this hub disappears.

The argument will be that there are no jobs. And as long as unemployment benefits keep getting extended, there will not be many applying for the available jobs. It is funny how some are able work their way through college, and others felt it necessary to borrow all the money, knowing they would have to pay it back someday. We people are odd critters.

Thanks old pool guy for your quick "before the pull the blog" comment. There are jobs to be had but you're correct, as long as the freebies continue why work. On the other hand most of these agitators are responsible for the shape we're in ; they voted for Barrack Hussein Obama Muuum-Muum-Muum!

To Partisan Patriot: Although I am a liberal, I concur with you a milnillion percent on this one! I am of the school that believes in pure meritocracy- if you want it, you must earn it whether it is grades, education, and/or a career. I believe the in the dictum: it is the survival of the smartest. You must be smart and strategize to succeed! Great hub! I have voted you up!

I'm a lib, but I see part of your point. I think there's a balance to be found. Everyone needs access, I just think the system needs to find a way to make the freeloaders accountable-and there's plenty of toilets to clean etc that could make that happen. Cleaning toilets is a great incentive to find better work. Great title!!!!

Thanks for stopping in.

I'm living proof of access; one of 4 boys born to working class parents; my mom stayed home and raised her sons while my dad went to work every day on the railroad. I made it, anyone can that has a decent work ethic and willing to push themselves.

I think it's time the freeloaders were sent home from the park and told to get off their duffs, quit griping and go to work.

As for you being a social liberal and a fiscal conservative I don't get it; how do you pay for your social programs; I read your bio!

Socially liberal- I think the people can camp there all they want. You and I both know it looks a bit silly and counterproductive, but if that's where they're at in life, then, hey. So be it.

Fiscally conservative- There are tons of places to 'cut the fat' in federal spending. I think there's a financial balance to be found where the social programs are there, but HEAVY incentives are built in for people to move on from them. We could afford it by cutting a few of the the thousands of overinflated medical INDUSTRY costs, for example.

I think for the most part, dems and reps agree we need a financial overhaul, we just can't agree on how. It's time to focus more on the compromise, though, than the differences. We've seen the 50/50 political split long enough to know it's not going anywhere. How can we make THAT work? That's the question.

Fiscally Conservative: Here we go; it’s costing money, police overtime and in some cases business. Yes just look at what those clowns in Oakland did; broke windows and occupied buildings. No the FISCALLY SOUND thing here is to send them home. Turn the fire hoses on them; they probably could use a good bath!

Fiscally conservative- You remind me a lot of my friend trimar7; we also go back and forth on places to cut fat. I believe there is so much duplication in Federal Programs that you could cut 2/3 of the services and not hurt a single person. The duplication is there on purpose because every Federal Program represents a Federal Bureaucracy which represents hundreds of thousands of Democratic voters. Eliminate the waste by cutting 2/3 of the Federal Programs and you eliminate 2/3 of the Democratic supporters; it’s not going to happen!

Fiscally Conservative- There could be financial balance to be found in social programs by offering incentives for people to move from them but that’s the problem; the Democratic agenda is built on keeping people on social programs. The more people are on social programs and thus dependent on the government the more they will continue to vote Democrat. Look at what generation after generation of welfare has gotten us; the destruction of the family unit; i.e. the single mom gets more money and the more kids she has the more money she gets! I agree whole heartedly with you that in a perfect world the answer would be to incentivize people to move on from the programs unto self reliance but this is not a perfect world!

Fiscally Conservative- We could indeed cut many thousands from overinflated medical costs but then again the real reason these cost are so overinflated wasn’t addressed. Medical cost are overinflated due to doctors. Performing unnecessary after unnecessary duplicate test in order to shield themselves for frivolous law suits should something go wrong. Why do they do this you ask; look to another major constituency of the Democratic Party, the trial lawyers. Eliminate the frivolous lawsuits through Tort Reform and you reduce medical cost. It won’t happen of course because the Democrats won’t allow it.

There is a distinct difference in the ideology between the dems and reps; the dems want to overhaul the financial system by turning it from Capitalism to Socialism; they believe wholeheartedly in redistribution of wealth while the republicans see the hand writing on the wall and are trying desperately to keep us from turning into Greece!

Sorry but the two sides are so diametrically opposed we can’t make the present system work; the answer is vote in all Republicans and save the country!

I like to think there's a way to provide socialist services while still keeping capitalism competitive. It's a fine balance, but it can be done. I'm also not going to let the unlikelihood of something happening to cause me to abandon my core principles, because I've found that when you hold out, which we're all being forced to do because everyone's so stubborn, the law of change kicks in. So, I'm holding space for positive change. Period.

Because you haven't resorted to name calling like most liberals when confronted with facts I like you. Hold on to your core principles and who knows; maybe just maybe the Democrats will revert back to the party of John Kennedy instead of what they have morphed into, the party of Karl Marx. Until then I'll just have to respect your right to be wrong!!!
