Jonestown Massacre Shows 30 Years of US Media Duplicity

While reading the book Gods of Eden (1989) by William Bramley, I turned to the back of the book to read some footnotes and came across an entry detailing a report that the Jonestown Massacre, in Guyana Central America (1978) was actually murder. The brief description indicated that of the 913 bodies found over 75 % were murdered with gunshots to the back. The facts in this case are stunning to say the least and show just how long the US Fake Stream Media has been involved in covering up false flag events here in America and abroad. I for one had always wondered how Rev. Jim Jones the leader of the People's Temple Cult could convince 913 people to all commit suicide at the exact same time, by drinking cyanide laced Kool-Aid, it just defied logic. After reading the few paragraphs at the back of the book the Gods of Eden, I decided to go online and see if I could find any information that would back up this amazing claim of mass murder.

At first I could find nothing to back this claim but upon searching for autopsy reports, I struck pay dirt. According to the chief pathologist for the Guyana Government, Dr. C. Leslie Mootoo's official report to the Guyana Government, of the 913 people that died that day over 700 were killed by gunshots wounds to the back, over 200 were strangled and only three died from cyanide poisoning. All of the bodies were found lying face down and many (90%) showed fresh needle marks in the back left shoulder.

After the bodies were returned to the United States, after being left in the jungle heat to rot for a week before being removed, only seven autopsies was conducted indicating gunshot wounds and traces of cyanide in the bodies, the cause of death was ruled inconclusive. The chief pathologist in the US determined that autopsies were not needed as the cause of death was obvious.

The original estimated death count reported by the US Fake Stream Media was approximately 408 (very precise number for an estimate) but this was later changed to 913. To account for this discrepancy the US Media reported that the Guyana officials were incapable of counting, this excuse was later changed to the fact that the bodies were piled on top of each other. However of the over 150 photographs taken not one shows the bodies stacked, they all show the majority of bodies lying face down, spread out of a wide area. Further more how is it possible for 408 bodies stacked up to cover 505 other bodies?

The absurdity of the initial report by the US Media would have us believe that over 913 people all drank cyanide laced Kool-Aid at the exact same time and that the overwhelming majority of people fell forward, only a few fell backwards, how is that possible? Not to mention that one of the telltale signs of cyanide poisoning is that it causes extreme muscle spasms, which makes the body contort into pretzel like positions during the agonizing death throes, including grotesque facial features. None of these signs were present among the dead.

The Guyana pathologist report goes on to say that the scene showed fresh drag marks in the ground surrounding over half of the the bodies, indicating that indeed the first report could have been accurate and that bodies were added. Of course the questions it raises is why and who would do such a thing and why the coverup?

Being a writer never afraid to shy away from a little controversy or a good conspiracy, I decided to dig a little deeper. What I found was simply stunning and had I not uncovered even more amazing events in the last four years of writing may well have not believed any of it.

Leo Ryan, was an outspoken critic of the CIA had authored the Hughes-Ryan Amendment, which became law in 1974 and required the CIA to disclose to Congress all of its covert operations, in advance. Ryan served as US Representative from California's 11th Congressional District from 1973 until his assassination November 18, 1978 by a crazed lone gunman on an airplane taxing for take off at the remote airstrip of Kaituma outside Jonestown, Guyana.

Ryan became involved when family members complained to him that some of the People's Temple own patrons had expressed to them that they were being held against their will, were being sexually assaulted and drugged against their will.

Originally the Peoples Temple began in Indianapolis, Indiana but was moved to San francisco after receiving bad publicity involving extortion, sexual misconduct reports and drug activity. The cult began to grow in popularity in California after Governor Jerry Brown endorsed the Church and was seen at their services. The majority of the 8,000 members were black welfare recipients, although over 100 white members were part of the security detail. This 'security' detail dressed in all black military uniforms reminiscent of Nazi storm troopers.

As the complaints piled up against the People's Temple, Leo Ryan eventually began his own investigation into the allegations. What inspired him was a taped telephone conversation that he listened to between a member and his ex-wife. Ryan was a good friend of the father of the member (Bob Houston) that had voiced grave concerns and had wanted to get out and leave the church but feared for his own safety. Three days later his mutilated corpse was found near some railroad tracks outside the San Francisco headquarters of the People's Temple.

Jim Jones the founding member of the church quickly moved his congregation to the deep jungles of Guyana, a small country in South America to avoid the negative publicity surrounding this tragic death and the allegations that he had forced his members to sign over their welfare checks to him and his church, more sexual misconduct charges and rampant drug use.

Not to be deterred, Ryan asked the State Department to assist him in his continuing investigation, despite the move to a foreign country. Unable to get anywhere and feeling he was being stonewalled by the State Department, he announced his intentions publicly to visit the compound in Guyana. He was soon joined by members of the press and concerned relatives of the members of the congregation and an entourage of 17 people left for Guyana on November 14, 1978.

Upon arrival in Georgetown the capitol of Guyana, the entourage was again stonewalled from visiting the compound for three days by the legal council for the church. Eventually the entire group was able to visit the compound and many of the congregation expressed a desire to leave, Ryan wanted to stay longer but after an attempt on his life was made he was convinced to leave. The original group plus some members of the congregation and some of the Church's security team arrived back at the airstrip but was forced to wait for the planes to arrive.

After everyone was on board and the planes began to taxi to take off one of the security team, Larry Layton opened fire on the passengers, killing Congressman Leo Ryan, three journalist and a defecting Church member. After the shooting stopped surviving witness later testified that Layton then riddled the Congressman with bullets and shot him in the face, after he was already dead.

Many recent events has shown that the US Fake Stream Media is just a mouthpiece for the Military Industrial Complex, CIA and the White House but one often wonders how far back has this relationship existed and when it began.

The Jonestown Massacre offers enough evidence to show that this cozy relationship has existed for at least thirty years.

How the Media could ignore such glaring discrepancies in the story, the utter lack of any investigation, no autopsies, how Jim Jones was able to pay for a staff of over one hundred armed security personnel, buy the land in Guyana, move his entire congregation there, feed them, house them and then purchase a vast quantity of very expensive mind altering drugs and weapons, shows that he had some help.

His connections to the CIA helped pave the way for the smooth transition from the US to a small backwards South American country and allowed him the antonymy and direction to carry on a fairly sophisticated operation in difficult circumstances. To carry out an operation of this size without any kind of money coming in through a trade of goods or other means of income, clearly demonstrates he was being financed by outside sources.

The CIA MK ULTRA operation in the late 60s and 70s used low income residents, the homeless and mental patients as its guinea pigs, the same people that Jim Jones had recruited for his congregation, this is not a coincidence.

The obvious connection between the CIA, the MK ULTRA mind control experiments of the late 60s and early 70s shows that had Leo Ryan been allowed to leave and return to the US, the CIA may very well have been exposed to continuing their 'experiments' through religious fronts and left them in a position to do a lot of explaining.

By carrying out a massacre of the witnesses using the cover of a 'mass suicide' cult, this allowed them to not only distance themselves from the operation but also eliminate a US Congressman in the process. Confusing Media reports also helped to mask the facts and establish the story.

Jim Jones began his Bible-thumping cult practices as early as 1958 in the United States, but after gaining a reputation as 'Gangster with a Bible', he moved with his wife to Brazil in 1961. While in Brazil, he made regular trips to Belo Horizonte, the CIA headquarters in Brazil. While in Brazil he told his neighbors he worked for the US Naval Intelligence Office and was supplied with a house, groceries and transportation by the US Embassy.

In 1965 he returned to the US and started the first People's Temple in Ukiah, California, while operating the Happy Havens Rest Home. His many connections and supporters included World Vision (CIA front), advisors from UNITA (Angolian Army), Dr. Laurence Layton Chief of the US Army's Chemical Weapons Division and I. G. Farben (Nazi death camps). Soon after returning to the US he declared himself to be the reincarnation of Jesus Christ and Lenin and interesting combination, to be sure.

Scandal and rumors of kidnapping, rape, blackmail, extortion, theft and drug use cast a dark shadow over his organization and he again moved his operation to San Francisco, where he was given employment as the head of the cities' Housing Commission by none other than Mayor George Moscone. From this position he was able to recruit members of his congregation from Mental Health institutions, the Welfare Department and the homeless.

After only a year and the brutal murder of one of his disgruntled members, he again fled, this time leaving the country and moving to the 'Utopia' of Guyana. The cost of housing, feeding and paying his considerable staff of security prompted, articles in local papers asking for a full investigation into his questionable practices, this prompted his quick departure to South America, however how he paid the cost of relocating a thousand people, still remains a mystery.

Leo Ryan's unexpected visit and negative publicity may have triggered the mass extermination of witnesses, disguised as a ritualistic suicide pact. However many witnesses and survivors tell a chilling tale, that the US Media never revealed. Evidence shows that over 500 members tried to flee into the surrounding jungle after the killing began, only to be shot in the back and dragged back to the compound. The fresh needle marks indicate that those doing the killing (the over 100 armed security detail) tried to coverup the true cause of death by injecting cyanide into the fresh corpses.

What is interesting to note and is public record is that almost 1,000 US Green Berets and British Black Watch commandoes were in the area on 'training exercises' on the day of the killings.

That nine days later in San Francisco Mayor George Moscone and Supervisor Harvey Milk, were gunned down in what was called a hate crime but could've easily have been an attempt to clean up loose ends.

Michael Prokes a Jim Jone's aide, held a press conference stating the FBI and CIA were withholding evidence, and then committed 'suicide' hours later. Soon afterwards the over 150 Jonestown Massacre survivors began to die mysterious deaths. Husband and wife survivors Jeanne and Al Mills, were writing a book about their experience when they were found in their home, bound, gagged and shot execution style.

Many mysteries still remain about this event and incredibly, Jim Jones body was never positively identified or how the massive amount of drugs and guns found at the scene were purchased. According to many reports their was enough drugs found at the compound to keep the entire country of Guyana high for a year.

An interesting side note that should be recognized is that the infamous Heavens Gate cult of the late 90s all committed suicide under eerily similar circumstances. According to a His-Story Channel article all of the members drank a 'lethal mixture of phenobarbital and vodka' and laid down peacefully to die.

However what has often been noted on the internet is that many of the Heavens Gate members were IT guru's hired by the U.S. Government to secretly write and create hacker software, so that security firewalls could be easily circumvented by Intelligence Agencies such as the CIA, NSA and DIA.

Many of these crazies labelled by the media had united together to write their own software that would ensure that the internet, which had just begun in the 1990s, would be safe from surveillance by Government organizations.

What better way to get rid of them, than to round them up en masse and murder them in fashion so similar to the Jonestown Massacre, after all if it worked once why bother murdering them individually and drawing attention to their work.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

The police were lured to the scene by an anonymous tip, the Heavens Gate conspiracy was also revealed in a similar manner by anonymous source and the Fake Stream Media played their role perfectly by suppressing any different information.

Regardless of how deeply involved the CIA was into the tragic loss of life attributed to the Jonestown Massacre, the most important aspect of this whole crime in my opinion is the US Media's obvious covering up of the facts.

• What we know for sure is that a US Congressman investigating the People's Temple was assassinated on foreign soil, along with other American citizens.

• That only one autopsy was performed by US pathologists on the over 900 bodies involved in the massacre.

• That large quantities of mind altering drugs and weapons were found on the premises.

• That American and British 'special forces' were conducting exercises in the area when the huge loss of life occurred.

• That the American Media lied on numerous occasions about what was known, when it was known and how the victims actually died to the American people.

• That the American Media then continued to lie to the American people and covered up the event.

For me learning the truth about this tragic event over thirty years after it happened shows just how deeply involved the American Media has been to covert operations by our government. Millions of people world wide and right here in America have believed for decades that this was a tragic suicide pact involving insane members of a secret cult, never suspecting that it was actually a massive slaughter of innocent victims.

What one must remember is that I learned of this information from a book published in 1989, many years before the internet became a standard research tool for writers. So anyone thinking that this is just another crazy internet conspiracy, should recognize that this information was public knowledge years before the internet even existed.

So for the US Media to keep the truth about the Jonestown Massacre a secret for over thirty years, even though the facts were known less than ten years after it happened is as big a crime as the actually event itself.

I for one believe that the wholesale slaughter of almost a thousand Americans to coverup a covert operation is the real reason behind this tragic event. Many people might think that it was part of the coverup of the assassination of US Congressman Leo Ryan but I think it was to draw attention away from a nefarious ongoing mind control experiments being conducted by the CIA.

To this day the same tactics are used in other false flag events as was used in Jonestown Massacre Shows 30 Years of US Media Duplicity.
