Keeping Up With the Clintons

Beetle Belle is at the Table

Good Morning, Breakfastpoppers. Today is Monday, June 1, 2015. Our charming friend, Beetle Belle, is at the breakfast table this morning. She has a lot to say about the Clintons and she has asked me to invite everyone to breakfast this morning. Belle is preparing scrambled eggs and bacon. I will be brewing up tons of strong coffee with a splash of the Irish. We hope to see you soon.

Let's Play

Thank you all for joining me this morning. Let's play a game called, 'Keeping Up With the Clintons." If you can't stand the Kardashians you aren't going to like this any better. Let's start off with the exciting news that Bill Clinton accepted $500, 000 to attend a charity event whose aim was to rebuild schools in Indonesia. The former President of the United States agreed to attend the lavish fundraiser and accept a lifetime achievement award. His yes to attending came after Ms. Nemcova, the creator of the event, agreed to donate a whopping $500,000 to the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation. Can you imagine how many schools could have been built for that tidy sum?

FIFA and the Family Charity

Moving along in this episode of "Keeping Up With the Clintons", lets spend a bit of time exploring the Clinton charity and the governing body of soccer. The Clinton charity has received between $50,000 and $100,000 from FIFA. The former president was an honorary chairman of the bid committee put together to promote the United States as a possible host nation in 2018 or 2022. FIFA awarded the 2018 and 2022 World Cup to Russia and Qatar, both known for their hideous human rights records. As for Bill Clinton, his anger at not having his way was eased by the State of Qatar who decided to partner with the Clinton Foundation to improve infrastructure in the Middle East. Qatar gave the Clinton Foundation millions to ease the pain of rejection. The actual cost of the projects is a little blurry. In the meantime, several FIFA top executives were arrested in Zurich on corruption charges. Perhaps the Clinton Foundation should be a bit more discriminating about who they pal around with.

Dear Friends

During Hillary Clinton's time as Secretary of State a friend of hers, Sidney Blumenthal, was paid $10,000 a month by the Clinton Foundation. He was Ms. Clinton's personal intelligence spy, providing her with lots and lots of information. Never at a loss for an explanation, Hillary trivialized her relationship with Blumenthal by describing him as an old friend who occasionally sent her unsolicited e-mails that she sometimes passed along. You just can't put lipstick on this pig! Blumenthal received cash from the family charity to provide "unsolicited" intelligence on Libya. Is this the true definition of charity work? Not in my world and I am sure not in yours. The Clinton Foundation is up to its pigsty is slush money and who knows what else.

And the Beat Goes On....

In a normal world, Hillary Clinton would be chopped meat by now. She would be remembered as the candidate who blew herself up in scandal after scandal. Thus far, she is trucking along, on the road preaching to her choir. The choir must be composed of lunatics. If they are not crazy, they are most certainly, liars, beggars and thieves. A sane person with even a bit of moral fiber and integrity would have jumped ship long ago. The Democrats are still along for the ride as are the moronic networks who fail to report anything negative about their anointed one. That tells me that the mainstream media approves of liars. That tells me that the MSM is as bad as the Clintons. As a group they don't possess a bit of integrity. As a group, they are more than willing to turn a blind eye to the Clinton corruption machine. They are willing to go down with the ship and I sincerely hope they and the Clintons drown in their lies and subterfuge. The Democrats, the Clintons and the networks are rotten to the core. The American people deserve better than this.

Lies and corruption

The whole year through

It's an old sour song

Been around too long....

Pop and Bell,

And the beat goes on. Too bad Denny Hastert isn't a Democrat. He would be prime presidential material.

Ha ha you have a funny way to expose some truth about the leaders that seem to run the rest of the human population. In South Africa the Lies and corruption by thew ruling party is also reaching scary proportions. Who wants to be in politics these days! NEVER!

taxlarry 18 months ago

The Clintons are like Teflon...nothing sticks. The Clintons are brought to us by the same folks who brought us Obumma. They also follow the MSM. Do you see a connection here?

Good morning Belle and Pop. By now most of us are fully aware that the Clintons are truly the masters of Corruption. And we only know about some of the issues where they can be proven to be guilty.

How anyone in their right mind could even think of putting someone like Hillary in office as our President is beyond comprehension. Most of us know that many, if not all, of our elected representatives are involved in corruption to some degree. To even think of putting one of the most corrupt people in the world in charge is saying we don't care how corrupt our government has become.

Is it any wonder we see our once great country imploding before our very eyes? God help our children who will inherit this mess and have to deal with it.

Good Morning Tom,

No worries there are plenty of other Dems who can fill the Bill! See you at the Inn.

Good Morning Nadine,

It seems we have a worldwide plague of corruption. Thanks so much for coming to breakfast.

Good Morning taxlarry,

I do see a connection. In fact, so many of the so-called journalists in the MSM are married or otherwise related to people in the administration that it is just one big incestuous cesspool. See you at the Inn.

Good Morning Mike,

That's the whole sick picture. Those that support the likes of the Clintons are just fine with lies and corruption. There is no other explanation for their loyalty. They are all cut from the same ugly deceitful cloth! See you at the Inn.

And yet she leads comfortably in the polls. Go figure!

I already know who I'm voting for in 2016 and it isn't Clinton....enough said.

Enjoyable read as always.

Good Morning billy,

I would vote for Magillal Gorilla if he was on the ballot! See you at the Inn.

I have come to the conclusion that it is voter apathy and ignorance that will seal the coffin of this country. Many of our children are now dumbed-down sufficiently that the current trends will accelerate in the years to come.

I have never encountered so many people who have no clue about current events, and could care less as long as they continue to receive their "free" stuff from the government.

If the FCC gets their way, "free" high speed internet will soon be available to many as an added entitlement.

Perhaps those who have figured out the system really are the smart one's.

Have you noticed that Bill is now struggling with the same sort of media spinning that he used to do effortlessly? Political commentators say he is 'off his game' but I think it may go deeper than that. I suspect he's in the beginning stages of dementia.

Couple that with Hillary's worn, tired appearance, and we see a couple of frazzled old people who have no business in the White House.

Don't know how I come in after Poolman. Time after time. I usually read other's comments and I am in perfect agreement with Poolman each time I write a comment.

Pop, this world and the outrageous politics that govern this planet are

depressing, to say the least. Russia and China are going to end up in cahoots and we will be blown to smithereens. We are the proverbial

frog in the pot of water over a flame. Once the powers that be realize

our leaders have lead us to the slaughterhouse, it will be too late.

Thanks again for the informative hubs.

See you at the Inn.

DJ.

I'm not sure about Magilla Gorilla.....he's a bit rough around the edges. I'm leaning more toward Curious George.....he's a happy little guy! Better looking and less OPENLY CORRUPT than the Clintons!

Dear Mike,

I think we are in deep trouble. I had lunch today with a woman who always loved Hilary. I started to discuss the current mess and she said she never heard about any of it. She also only watches the MSM. Need I say more? See you at the Inn.

Dear Will,

It s time these two were put out to pasture. Even better it is time they were sent to prison. See you at the Inn.

Dear DJ,

How right you are. Russia is laughing at us and taking advantage of our head being in the sand. Obama has head his head in the sand for so long that we are now the laughingstock of the entire world. I can't believe this is happening. See you at the Inn.

Okay, my friend, I defer to you. Curious George it is! See you at the Inn.

Patti, about half the people I talk to have not heard a thing about all the possible scandals involving Hillary. It would appear the mainstream media has either been bought, or been threatened to keep them from reporting these facts.

You are correct, the whole world is laughing at us now and very few trust anything we say or do. Can you blame them?

breakfastpop profile image

breakfastpop 18 months ago Author

Dear Mike,

The MSM has decided to ignore the scandal. Someone sent me an e-mail that I wish I still had. It shows the close relationship between the media and this administration. They are either married to each other or related by blood. If I already said this, I apologize, but it is just so maddening. See you at the Inn.

Old Poolman profile image

Old Poolman 18 months ago from Rural Arizona

Well, at least they are not lying about it, they just fail to report it and that is just as bad in my opinion.

WillStarr profile image

WillStarr 18 months ago from Phoenix, Arizona

The mainstream network news has stayed away from the Hillary scandals, but the New York Times has been brutal to the Clintons lately. I wonder if they know something that would sink Hillary's chances? If so, they may be trying to salvage the election for another candidate.

breakfastpop profile image

Good Morning Mike,

Lies of omission are lies. Speaking about lies, David Brooks from the NYT said the Obama administration is completely scandal free!!!!! See you at the Inn.

breakfastpop profile image

breakfastpop 18 months ago Author

Good Morning Will,

From time to time the NYT breaks out of their leftist mode and actually reports the news. I had a good laugh when David Brooks of the Times said that the Obama administration is scandal free. I need to get to the Inn. See you there.

The only thing in mainstream that I caught wind of recently has been the debacle over her e-mails, and Kerry being cornered about taking her to task for them. Her polls are consistently high, positive ratings. She has what appears to be a strong constituency regardless of fodder.

breakfastpop profile image

breakfastpop 18 months ago Author

Dear Robin,

Actually, I just learned that she is dropping in the polls. It is anybody's guess what happens, but I pray she loses big time. See you at the Inn.

Old Poolman profile image

Old Poolman 18 months ago from Rural Arizona

With all the recent scandals over the emails and the Clinton Foundation, I can't believe the Dems are not grooming someone else to run in 2016. I hope their not but if I were in charge I would already have a backup plan in the works. Your correct that as of this morning Hillary's poll numbers are dropping.

breakfastpop profile image

breakfastpop 18 months ago Author

Dear Mike,

She is the anointed one, it seem and a nasty anointed one at that. Did you see the video of one of her 'Fans" asking for a photo and dear Hillary told the woman to get to the back of the line. What a sweetheart!!!! See you at the Inn.

Old Poolman profile image

Old Poolman 18 months ago from Rural Arizona

I did see that and it tells a story.

If nothing else, it will be an interesting race to say the least. You must open up a reall Inn one day, Patty.

I also noted that Hillary's popularity seems to be waning in the polls. May it continue its downward spiral as more and more voters awaken to reality.

Good Morning Mike,

People who spent a lot of time around Hillary, like the Secret Service, say she is a nasty, vicious woman, but we knew that. See you at the Inn.

Good Morning Robin,

If Hillary wins, it won't be interesting, it will be tragic. I would love it if there was an actual Inn. Imagine how interesting it would be! See you later, if only in our imagination.

I am glad I caught this article. I've missed being able to read your posts this past year (working 40+ hours is over for now!). You have my thoughts on the Clintons. I love the reference above to them being like teflon - nothing sticks! Not voting for this family -- nuf said!
