Petty Officer 2nd Class Matthew McCabe, of Perrysburg, Ohio, the SEAL charged with assaulting Ahmed Hashim Abed, was acquitted today May 6,2010 in his court-martial in Virginia, where the three men are based. Is there a shadow of a doubt that he also should have been acquitted? These great patriots were doing their sworn duty. Is there any doubt that McCabe should also be free as a bird with his buddies!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The court-martial of Petty Officer 2nd Class Jonathan Keefe, of Yorktown, Virginia, ended in an acquittal on April 23, 2010 at Camp Victory just as his brother Navy Seal Petty Officer Julio Huertas had on April 22,2010. These brave men were charged with dereliction of duty on allegations they failed to safeguard the prisoner. It’s obvious to an idiot they should have been found not guilty. It’s a miss-carriage of justice that any charges were even considered!!!!!!!!!!
These men should never have been charged in the first place!!! They were only doing their duty. That’s what we pay them for, and they carried it out well. This proves these military men are heroic and virtuous since they have been cleared!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That’s three for three and it just can’t get any better fhan that. At long, long last justice has prevailed and freedom has reigned in the military justice system!!!!!!!!!!
