OBAMA'S RING. . . . . . .No God but Allah

President Barack Hussein Obama has been wearing the same gold band on his wedding ring finger for thirty years. He wore it in college and his wife slipped it on his finger when they were married.

His fellow students questioned him about it, and others have questioned him but there has NEVER been an explanation.

The New Yorker published a photo recently of the ring on Obama’s finger when he was attending Occidental college. In fact Obama wore the ring at Columbia when he graduated, during a visit to Africa in l988 and his time at Harvard. It was his wedding band when he married and he wears it today in the White House.

Recent photo of the ring.

Now, Mark A. Gabriel, Ph.D, Egyptian born scholar has examined the ring and says it bears a portion of the Shahada. What is the Shahada?

The Shahada the first pillar of Islam expresses the fundamental belief of Muslims as follows: “There is no God but Allah.” Or La Ilaha Illallah.

Dr. Gabriel was born in Egypt to Muslim parents and was schooled in Islamic culture. He memorized the Quran as a boy and he has Masters degree from Al-Azhar University of Cairo. According to Dr. Gabriel the inscription on Obama’s ring is inscribed in two sections. The upper section says “ There is no God,” while the lower section says “except Allah.” The overlapping is common in Arabic calligraphy.

I'm thinking he knows what he's talking about.

Obama has the right to belong to any religion he chooses, as do we all.

But doesn’t he need to be truthful to the citizens of this country about who he is?

This president who pledged transparency has hidden everything about himself, apparently he’s been hiding his religion too.

Perhaps this explains his appointment of members of the Muslim Brotherhood to Homeland Security and other positions in the White House.

Ya think?

I have long suspected what you say in this hub to be true, but had no knowledge of this ring before I read this hub. You of course will be labeled as a conspiracy nut for writing this, but his choice in appointments would indicate this to be true. I doubt anything will ever be seen on the MSM regarding this ring. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Hi Old Pool: I'm expecting a bombardment of comments disputing the message on the ring, but according to one expert, it is Arabic and a pledge to Allah, with the word Allah being layered over the other words whicb apparently is typical for this sort of messaging where there is little room.

The fact is the president of the US is wearing a ring with Arabic on it, and has been wearing it for 30 years, and he has appointed Muslim Brotherhood to the White House.

You are very welcome. Do you think that any of this will get any play? I think not.

I read this recently and I believe that Obama is a closet Muslim. He was raised as a Muslim in a Marxist household. You were spot on about his right to have his religious beliefs. But he does have the obligation to be truthful to the American public. I keep hearing him say words to that effect but his actions say otherwise.

Not sure what to think here, we heard him say at the beginning of his last debate, 'I love my wife'. Did his wife gave it to him, as hinted in that first paragraph, or was it a ring he gave to her to give to him at marriage? Was it his father's? Does he even read Arabic? Please understand, I'm not disagreeing, just seeking to understand a little bit more about 'why this particular ring?'. Could it have been his fathers?

Hi Fitnezz: I don't think he offers any explanation. He does speak a little Arabic.
