INTRODUCTION
Fellow Hubbers, I have been trying to stay mellow and as uninvolved in national politics as much as possible. I have told you about my travails of last winter and I want to show the Lord how grateful I am for the gift He has given me of existence in His kingdom of creation. That said my gratitude is unbounded but I can ignore the fiasco known as Obama no longer. I probably shouldn’t have watched the Presidents Congressional address on the evening of September 8, 2011…….but alas I did
WHAT BILL BUCCO?
Other doubting Thomases such as I must stop arguing the merits and demerits of his speech and let him know one doesn’t say, “Pass this bill.” seventeen times in such an august address when there is NO BILL TO PASS. C’mon Barry, we’ve been through this with you before when the CBO said, “We don’t score speeches.” Likewise, congress doesn’t pass speeches so if you want to implore passage without delay, WRITE IT UP BUCCO!!!!!
At least Barrack is only half as bad as he was in 2009. He only wants to fritter away $450 billion of borrowed Chinese dollars this time instead of $900 billion. Gonna buy shovels this time?????
I also love the TALK of it being paid for.
THE WIMPY PAYMENT PLAN
President Obismo has come across this ingenious method of paying for every thing that I refer to as The Wimpy Payment Plan. For you Popeye fans you will recognize Wimpy imploring Popeye and others, “I will pay in a few weeks for a hamburger today.” This is the Presidents ploy also. I will pay for this with decreased amounts of increases in future spending. WOW it's like Monopoly money!!!!! It has no bounds.
