President Obama Shuns America

Good Morning, Breakfastpoppers. Today is Monday, July 20, 2015. Our pious friend, Mantis Manny, is at the breakfast table this morning. He is extremely upset with the Obama administration, because today the United States is asking the U.N. Security Council to support the nuclear agreement with Iran. President Obama is appealing to the U.N. before our Congress gets an opportunity to review the deal. This deliberately insulting and ill advised appearance before the Security Council is a slap in the face to every single American. Please join Manny for breakfast this morning to discuss this travesty. Manny will be preparing breakfast pizzas for your enjoyment. I will be preparing Bloody Marys for your nerves.

Thank you all for joining me this morning. A vote on the nuclear agreement is set for today. It isn't our Congress that will be doing the voting, it is the members of the U.N. Security Council. Lawmakers have asked President Obama to delay this move, but their pleas have fallen on deaf ears. President Obama has never considered Congress to be an important part of our system of checks and balances. He has always preferred to "go it alone", at least when it comes to Americans. His desire to go before the Security Council speaks to his desire to put the United States in its place. This is not the place we deserve, but it is in the eyes of a president who does not believe in America the Beautiful. This is a president who has repeatedly and consistently circumvented Congress on very important decisions that should have been put out there for discussion. This move is unprecedented, insulting and dangerous.

Earlier this year, legislation was agreed to that gives Congress a 60-day period to review the nuclear deal. This is no small matter, because this deal with Iran will give this rogue nation billions of dollars in sanction relief. The amount of harm that can be done with this treasure trove of cash is incalculable. Iran is the biggest sponsor of terror in the Middle East and around the world. We made a deal with the devil. They say the devil is in the details, and that assertion was never more accurate than now.

President Obama has a long history when it comes to putting down America. After his first inauguration, he traveled around the world apologizing for our nation. I am sure we all remember his description of our country as arrogant, dismissive and derisive. That was a very sad day for all of us. It marked the beginning of President Obama's dwindling down of our standing in the world. He appealed to our enemies by telling them what they wanted to hear. He pleased himself by slapping America in the face. A report from the State Department to the United Nations cited human rights violations committed within our country. President Obama's love of belittling us to the world found willing listeners at the U.N. The Security Council doesn't know "spit" about human rights. It's members consistently violate the rights of decent citizens on a global scale. We shouldn't be a part of this corrupt and useless organization. We certainly shouldn't be placing them in a position to approve or disapprove of anything that concerns America. Nevertheless, this administration is determined to go before the Security Council. Insulting Congress, and by extension all Americans, is part of the code of conduct for this president and his crew.

We have a president who said that he wanted to change us, and change us he did. He took over the reins of government, tossing Congress and the American people under the bus. He never meant to engage Congress at all, unless they agreed to rubber-stamp all of the dreams of his mentors. He views the larger problems of the world as indicators of the need for more "change." His desire to bring America down a peg or three is part of a larger dream of establishing a New World Order, where our nation is just a cog in a very big wheel controlled by very few people. He has stirred the pot in our nation and cooked up more racism than we have seen in years and more violence against authority. If we are falling apart, it is by design, because change always comes on the heels of unrest. I don't know how much more change we can endure...let us pray.
