The Death of the 1%.

Super Secret Debt Reduction Committee

Source

The Death of the 1%.

I don't know why anyone is arresting anyone in occupying protests. While there could be a few people who misbehave the majority of the protests have been exceptionally peaceful. Our veterans are involved in these protests and have been injured. The message of all these diligent hard working protesters is that the super secret debt committeeis not to defund them. I love all that government transparency Obama promised us. Things are as clear as mud in Washington dealings. All of America has been suffering under a flat regressive taxing scheme to pay for an exceptionally unpopular war in which many corporations have been made bloody wealthy but the general public has footed the bill and reaped none of the profits. The 99% has paid and they can pay no more. It is time for the 1% to take such a huge hair cut that they live like the rest of us going to bed with out hope and hunger every night of our lives. It is time the 99% take back all the profits from the 1% and then some interest.

Harvard can't negotiate with them. There is no negotiation. The crooks inside the beltway have so poorly managed the country that they can no longer justify their little cult in DC let alone taxing the people to poverty in this country anymore. The truth is no one outside the beltway really cares about the people inside the beltway so they are so immoral and corrupt that we all just want them to go away. But now they are trying to cut even further into the 99% existence and what for? They want larger profit margins. Everyone in DC wants everyone outside of DC to do with less so they can continue to spend more money. Well if you are the beneficiary of that money that makes sense but it does not if you are not which that includes the 99% of the population.

What happens in any society when 1% of the population hoards all the wealth to itself? Let's look at the ancient Greeks? What happened to them? The civilization collapsed. And the Romans with their Caesar? What happened to them? Their empire was conquered by its own greed. Throughout history whenever 1% of the population controls the wealth of 99% of the population those civilizations collapse. Eventually the people grow tired of struggling for survival while the others live like Kings.

Sadly, though this is an international club that is doing this to everyone around the world. It is occurring in every corner of the world in the name of terrorism. I am certain that organized crime and social economic disparity is at all time highs when terrorism is being fought. Terrorism is the tool of the avarice to strengthen their riches. Now we do have a problem with the 1% who banks around the world and has moved money out of the USA. The islands in the Caribbean would be a good place to look to begin with. I would also check out banking records in the Canary Islands, Dubai and India of course.

The 99% have been brave and have peacefully protested and should be commended for their heroism when they are being treated brutally by police which is odd to me because don't the police understand they are in the 99%? They are at risk of losing their jobs and having their children go to bed hungry at night just as much as those people who march for them?

And I heard a commenter on television spouting lies and propaganda claiming the occupy movements were racially motivated. I don't think so. I have seen the crowds on the videos and they are of all nationalities and the 99% would include black people as well. And our veterans are marching as well against corporate greed and even they are given a hard time. Everyone in America is wide awake now. Deprivation and hunger has done that to this country. Now isn't it time for all of DC to get out of their cult and wake up as well. There are not enough of them to stop us. They have been trying it for over a decade. A new revolution is on the way and DC will have to change in order for it to be relevant at all anymore. Hollywood will have to turn on the cool aide and make lots and lost of it and try and recapture Americans once again because they have all lost us.

The message is clear from all the occupy movements. It is over for the 1%. They must join us in extreme poverty at the bottom of the ponzi scheme of America because they have lived far to well for far to long. And only when the 99% become 100% will the protests stop. And we need all new leaders in DC who are not in a cult or are evangelicals.

99% becoming the 100%

Do you believe the 99% should become the 100%?

See results without voting

Listen it is over DC

Why would a cast system that has been foresaken by India be allowed in America?

Wake Up DC!!!

Why would anyone follow any leader who advocated for a cast system unless the people they work for (99%) were on top?

Excellent Hub JT. You are right on the mark that the OWS protestors are patriots. They are demonstrating against the biggest threat to our country today. The hoarding of the wealth with the upper 1%. I am proud of them and our economic policies must change so this can be reversed.

Thanks HSchneider,

I am also proud of them as they have the courage of their convictions. 99% of the country has be paying all the costs and assuming all the risk associated with the last decade and the top 1% has taken none of the risk and received all the rewards. It is criminal and will no longer be tolerated.

Thanks for reading, commenting and providing feedback.

Realistically, there will always be a 1%. The problem that OWS has with the 1% isn't that they exist, but rather that they are living off the taxes of everyone else whilst the poor and middle class are struggling just to make ends meet. If OWS gets everything they want, there will still be a 1%. They just hopefully won't have as much of a stranglehold on the government as they do right now.

Hi mortimerjackson,

Perhaps but perhaps it is also time that there is a different 1%. There message of change we can really believe in is being heard everywhere. The government works for the 1% and not the 99% and that is what needs to change. And if the playing field is evened out then the government will have to start serving everyone and not just the wealthy.

It is time the government works for the 99% that have assumed all the risk and paid for everything while the 1% assumed no risk and got wealthier. Time for the government to work for the 99% instead of the 1% and Hollywood.

This upcoming election is going to be real interesting....they will not be able to spout the same old bs anymore. Cause people are not buying it.

...funny....all that the Dems have been asking is a return to Clinton-era taxes, when the top paid 39%.

Now they are going to get a MUCH worse deal.

Hi lovemychris,

I agree it will be a very interesting political add year. We will have.

Obama: "I am going to change things in another year or two."

And then we will have Romney: "Let's go back to the broken Bush tax plan.".

That super committee is political poison to both political parties.

And it is not just trouble for the executive branch but every single member of Congress should be sending out resume's as well. I think there time is over.

There are answers to resolving this mess. I just don't think DC has the first clue how to go about it. They need fresh new people in office up there to do the people's work. When they start working for the 99% then they will only begin to grasp the magnitude and scope of their job requirements.

I am following you now as I was inspired by your comment. I look forward to reading your work in the future.

All My Best,

JT

Oh thanks JT!! But I think we may be in for some surprises sooner rather than later. There are stories on the net about impending arrests....and stories of inside people sick of this highway robbery too.

Fingers crossed.

Hi lovemychris,

The problem is they are all in on it. Not one of them haven't profitted. And they have already sent congressmen to jail I can think of two from Ohio one named Trafficka. They never seem to learn.

But I will try and maintain hope that things can be different.

Trafficant went to jail for speaking the truth, IMO. That's how they deal with those who cross them. We really have to separate the wheat from the chaffe, I think. Not throw them all out.

I just watch too much C-Span, I guess!

I'm glad I came over for a read. The presentation is awesome and everything else but funny. Personally, I don't stop at the 1% as being the problem. There are quite a few people playing the one step back game to fit into the 99%. The top 10-15% (or more) are playing the same game and they aren't suffering. They got bailout and TARP money to boot.

I know you are busy, but a couple of years back, I almost sold an article to Men's Journal. "Can You Bank On It?" is about the demise of Colonial Bank (one of the strongest banks around) here in Florida. I am no financial expert, but I might go fishing with some. Every word of the article is fact, but you won't believe it. My source was inside and impeccable.

We have been having trouble with the post office around here. The mag didn't get the article until the fourth try. By then, they had a new editor and she wasn't interested. No one else picked it up, but it might be around here somewhere if you want to add to your chagrin.

You added to mine and I am ready to get my pitchfork and storm the castle.

Hi lovemychris,

10 felony counts of bribery and racketeering is not going to jail for telling the truth. They all need to go IMO. He only served 7 of his ten years and he was not the only one in Ohio during this war.

They all need to go. They all have blood on their hands and a few with wrist slaps isn't going to do it now.

Throw the Bums Out!!

Hi WD Curry 111,

I am very glad you came over for a read as well. The 1% I am referring to is DC. My Mother worked in Finacial Services for over 20 years and I am very aware of how corrupt things are in the banking industry and how much worse they have gotten since 9/11 which has been the biggest transfer of wealth ever.

I hope you publish your article on Hubpages. I would love to read it and I would believe it.

It is always wonderful to hear from you. Grab your pitch fork we will be storming the castle soon!!!

All My Best,

JT

I am not surprised you couldn't sell the article given I tried to sell one as well on the Chinese backed Mortgages out of Washington State which was also rejected. I thought that was manufacturing wealth but no one was interested either. It was a very popular program in DC.

A speed reader, too. It is scary that the stock holders lost everything and the FDIC could hand all of that cash and assets to their bank of choice. Since then the bank of choice is having real problems. The Colonial customers have pulled out almost all of their deposits and transferred investments. As it turns out, the bank of choice has some shaky paper of their own.

It is not funny that the federal government is practicing confiscation and redistribution of wealth. That is how the Nazi's did in Germany, the communists did in Latin America, and the New World Order is doing in the U.S. No one syas anything about it . . . let's go to Walmart.

JT Walters profile image

Hi WD Curry 111,

And that is why everyone in DC needs to be replaced completely and entirely. And you are writing about it as am I and several other people on HP. And those protesters are protesting about it. Nazi Germany only got away with it because no one said, "No.". People are saying "no" to the government now. That is what the protests are all about. I just don't understand why the government must resort to violence when the people say "no". It is time for new leadership from outside the beltway.

Thanks for reading and responding back.

Good Night.

Hi lovemychris,

I actually know some of the people involved in OWS and they are so far removed from what anyone would consider govt. As far as traficant goes I was in Ohio at the time of his trial. He was found guilty of 10 counts of felony bribery and racketeering. Everyone I spoke to in Ohio knew he was a corrupt Congressmen and he wasn't the only one to go to jail.

It is DC that needs to go. And anyone affiliated with the DC crowd.

OWS is not government if anything they come from literally all walks of life. I am friends with quite a few and I think they are wondrful patriots of our country. In no way shape or form are they government officials.

They are getting brutally beaten, arrested and hit with pepper spray. If they were government the police would not be distrupting them. A veteran in Oakland got serious injured.

It is time for a BIG change in DC.

JT

Teachers are gvt employees. As are the military. They too, are OWS. You want to blame gvt....but it is only the gvt that serves Wall Street, and the Military Industrial Complex that is to blame.

I would even say it's 1% of gvt that's corrupt!

The puppet-masters are not gvt. It goes much higher than that, IMO.

JT Walters profile image

JT Walters 5 years ago from Florida Author

Hi lovemychris,

I am a former college professor and former teacher. And the occupation movement is here in my home town now. The movement is very small and there are no teachers involved I know them all.

But you are right about one thing there are puppet master's and if you can name them I will be very impressed. I know who the puppet master's are. Police officers are also govt. employees and it wouldn't make sense to have one set of government employees fight another set. People are truly outrage at this federal government and puppet master's are rather useless without puppets. Get rid of DC and all the puppets disappear. BUt I think the secret debt reduction committees will politically commit suicide.

Thanks for your comment I appreciate your perspective.

All My Best,

JT

They are private police forces...bought and paid for by the banksters. Much like a lot of our military, is privitized, although we pay them.

If you remove the gvt..what do you have left?

Who cares for the sick and disabled and eldery?

....Churches?

Isit all privitized, then?

What will you replace gvt with?

I say get the puppet-masters out, and gvt will function just fine.

Thanks or allowing my comments.

Here's the deal. Corruption is almost universal. How about illegal labor in Florida. Almost every developer used them almost exclusively. I had a front row seat on the 50 yard line. I "sub-ed" for a major painting contractor who ran local crews. The only reason we worked any new construction was because we blew right by them and did a way better job. It was upscale work, or we wouldn't have gotten it. Anyway, when the crackdown on illegals hit. Almost no developers were charged. They insulated themselves through subcontractors. "I didn't know . . . he did it." They were legally untouchable.

Here in Florida, it is against state law to pick one single sea oat. It is a $100 fine. The county issues permits for developers to bulldoze entire dune lines covered with thousands to build intrusive ocean front condos. Why don't they pay a fine for every onne of those sea oats? Most of the investors are foreign, if you trace it back far enough. The Saudi's own half of Citibank for crying out loud. They probably control most of the other half.

I don't know how to tell you this where it will do you any good, but the puppet master is Satan. We are being softened up to jump and cheer when our hero, the anti-christ comes on the scene to solve the mess. I have risked being called a kook to tell you the truth. I don't care about D.C. - D.C. is irrelevant. There is no way to recover from emptying out the treasury and going into debt. There isn't even that much money, anyway. We need to band together regionally, sort of like the Amish do or we won't make it. Of course, you can always take the mark of the beast and keep your credit card and Facebook account.

Kick everyone out of DC and Satan will have no more puppets.

Hi lovemychris,

Yes i am aware of the privatization of the police and the military. I can think of Blackwater and CACI in particular which make very good monies off of being private. I remember when the federal government told everyone in the military to get out before 9/11 and join the pirvate security firms.

I guess we are newly introduced so you haven't read my body of work. No one is caring for the elerly, the sick and the disabled right now and they haven't been for the last decade. I have written many articles on this topic. I have a son with a rare medical condition and autism and we get zero assistance from the government and I cared for him and my dying elderly mother of rectal cancer for two years because she was denied Hospice. Government has completely failed. No churches, no hospice no hospital...it was all on me by myself. So yes I would replace federal government in a heart beat with people who actually work.

I should also tell you I have worked in government before and there are answers. I am just not going to hand them out to be ripped off by soome ambitious politicain who only wants to line his/her pocket. Governemnt has failed us for over a decade the question is why would you keep any of them?

I allow everyone's opinion. I only moderate TOS violations. Follow TOS and you can disagree with me untilt he cows come home and I will not censor.

See, I said too much. Have you heard the Republicans complain about Pres. Obama and the New World Order? Pres. Bush Sr. introduced that concept to the American public as if it were the platform that he ran on. No one had heard of it before. The devil's most successful tactic is to convince you that he doesn't exist or isn't involved in human affairs.

We will never be successful in emptying out Washington and starting fresh, although that is what needs to be done. We should actually start fresh with only the constitution and bill of rights. These are simple, concise documents. Our lawmakers have such complicated ones that it is ridiculous. The demons are laughing and selling tickets to the show.

These are not my beliefs. I had to leave my beliefs behind.

You live right next to Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics and most of the military industrial complex as well as you at acquinated with Devearux which has many residents from the DC community.

Your opinions are welcome here as are your beliefs. Trust me the devil has nothing to do with it. And besides the government has spent the last decade trying to make everyone afraid of everything and I am feared out.

To be honest, I do not even know what the new world order is.

I assume it has something to do with the fact that Deutsche and Suisse banks are advising the FDIC on how to reorganize our banking system, Saudis owning Citigroup, Japan cornering the American music industry, India taking over the IT, factories moving to China, emptying out the treasury for bail-outs, customer service at Walmart being conducted from the "Pacific Rim", oil companies making record profits in the middle of a recession, Belgians owning Budweiser, Brevard County privatizing probation and community control, teachers being demonized for having it too good, the unemployment rate being around 25% while it is reported as 10%, over-fishing, the disappearance of the family farm, accounting for the whereabouts and activities of everyone on Earth, Harris Corporation trying out their new toys, and everyone clamoring to split up Israel.

I have never heard of an Evangelical NWO, but I don't travel in that circle.

Washinton D.C. is running around like a chicken with it's head cut off, because it is. Focus on what to do regionally, because it is just a matter of time before the chicken bleeds out and falls over dead.

You're alright JT, thanks for putting up with me. You mentioned Devereux and the DC connection. You must get around. I worked mainly with the older teenage males. Quite a few were from DC. Most from the worst part of the ghetto were clinically sociopathic. One of the best therapists was disgusted with a supervisory case worker from there and said, "You can stop anyone on the street in that neighborhood. Give them the (forgot the name) test and they would score out as a sociopath. I don't want to send them back, I want to get them out of there."

My parents lived in Alexandria when I was going to KMI. I was appalled at the squalor and crime two blocks over from the most exclusive brownstones and gourmet restaurants in town. It was an embarrassment. What do foreign visitors think of our great nation when the see that? It is an indication of the self absorption of our leadership. It reminded me of the Roman patricians flaunting their hedonism in the face of the rabble who were kept in check with force or entertainment.

Sorry, but Floridians have never respected that town. I don't want to send a representative. I don't want them in my business. I don't trust them. I don't like them. I sure don't need them. They have only caused me grief and taken or caused me to lose my money. I'm not going on the street to protest, but I have plans to survive their incompetency. I come from a military family, and can tell you that honorable service has been taken for granted. Literally, or figuratively, it is Satanic.

Hi WD Curry 111,

Thanks I try to be alright. I try to give everyone a chnace to be heard. I think that is important her on hubpages.

I love Alexandria. Actually I love all of Virginia.

I think we have to be more concerned with what the people inside the USA think now then what foreigners think. Most of our nations greatness lies in the minds and hearts of its citizens. And I agree the miliatry has been taken adavnatge of just not the ones who dropped out and joined the private corporations and being pad really bug bycks to be what amounts to mercenaries. I'd like to see our soldiers safe and home but the problem is they are coming home to no jobs.

The occupy movements whether run by government or not will have little effect on the voting. It is great theater but in the end I think it is inevitable that everyone will be thrown our of DC.

As for Deverux, I am a short distance from you and I insert into your community under certain circumstances. So I do know just about everything going on in there. But that place isn't just filled with children from DC who are homeless. There is a whole other population in there as well.

I appreciate your perspective and I enjoy our interactions.
