Romney's Rope-A-Dope of the Underclass

Updated on November 3, 2014

Political View from the Underclass

Romney’s Rope-A-Dope of the Underclass

If Romney had become the 45th President of the United States, what would the next four years been like? In the final debate candidate Romney agreed with the President on all major decisions made as the 44th President on foreign affairs, the economy, Regulations, his handling of the wars and America’s enemies. In my view from the underclass I couldn’t see anything but weakness intellectually, fear, and confusion. I thought, “This must be what his wife feared”. I wondered, why after such a disgracefull performance less than 24 hours ago, did he seem so happy and was claiming The White House?

I was confused by Romney, but I didn’t feel like I was alone in being confused by Romney. All I know is, in most cases there is one right way and many wrong ways in thoughts and actions. If Romney thinks Obama’s major decisions were all right, will he also always choose right or become confused by the many options? This is an important question since I officially joined the ranks of the underclass; when my health caused me to retire from driving big trucks. I’m now on social security disability and have been accused of feeling “Entitled” and not being a “Tax Payer”. Most, but not all underclass is undereducated. Most are White Americans and not people of Color. What most underclass has in common is poverty and the lack of understanding of American Politics. The poor who must struggle to make a living didn’t hear what Romney said before the last debate. They took this time to watch because it was the last debate and they heard it was the “Mother” of all the debates. The Underclass doesn’t pay attention until the last days. Politicians and Social Engineers always take advantage of that fact and save a lot of money for the last days and the Johnny come laters. There are millions of Johnny come laters in the final days. So, was it really very smart to agree and say he would do just as the President did, but there would be 12 million more jobs and better health care? Since he is talking to a few million of those underclass who don’t know what he said or stands for, why not say what he think he should say, to win? He also claims to be a man of Faith a Bishop, he should have heard “what would it profit a man to gain the world and lose his soul”.

I don’t think America will be America after four years of a Romney Presidency. I think as the President stated in the last debate, Romney always choose wrongly. The only way Romney and Ryan wins is with voter fraud and or suppression. That’s my view from the underclass.
