The "7 billion people mark" is a eugenics conspiracy

Ask anyone about the news that the world has reached the 7 billion people mark and you will see most of them shake their heads in concern. Have you ever wondered how the United Nations came to this figure? Is it exaggerated? I perused the World Bank report giving an explanation how the population is increasing and personally it doesn’t make sense to me. I will address some of the report’s points here. Note: quotes are in inverted commas and my comments are below them.

“Today’s low-income countries still have the world’s highest birth rates (see Map3.1), although women tend to have fewer children than before. The reasons for lower fertility are varied, but most are elated to developing countries’ economic growth and human development”

In years to come, surely this means that the birth rates will stabilise instead of increasing rapidly?

“The decline in birth rates over the past few decades has lowered population growth rates in developing countries despite a continuing decline in death rates. Population growth is even slower in developed countries (Figure 3.4).Stabilizing birth rates and increasing death rates (the latter being a result of aging populations; see Chapter 8) have already led to a natural population decrease in Italy and Germany. Japan and Spain are expected to follow soon (see birth rate and death rates in Data Table 1)”

“Over the past 30 years the world wide population growth rate fell from more than 2.0 percent to 1.5 percent a year, and experts expect this trend to continue.

But in absolute numbers the world’s population is growing faster than ever before by about 230,000 people a day in mid-1995. This is happening because of the larger than ever population base.”

If the population growth rate has fallen over thirty years, how did we get to the position of having such a large population base today?

“Birth rates in the transition countries of Europe have dropped sharply in the past 5–10 years. The reasons for that drop are different from those in most developing countries: they are believed to be closely associated with a lower quality of life caused by the social and economic crisis of transition. As a result fertility rates in these countries are now far below the “replacement level” (equalling slightly more than two children per family) and lower than those in most developed countries (see Figure 3.3)”

If the fertility rate in these transitional countries is under the replacement level this certainly doesn’t mean an increase in population and transitional countries cannot have a lower quality of life than third world countries.

At the very least, the world’s population should be stabilising, not increasing

I also noticed that the official marking of the 7 billion mark fell on October 31. I also know that there are eugenic programs around the world. Eugenics is defined as the concept of selective breeding in humans to achieve improved genetic qualities that will strengthen and improve the gene pool. If one studies history on eugenics, one will realize that death is needed in order for this to be achieved (more about this later). Is there a symbolic link between eugenics and October 31^st? Everyone knows that this is Halloween but few people actually know the origin despite going all out to celebrate it despite the fact that Halloween is associated with death?

The ancient Celtic people, who lived 2000 years ago, and the pagan priests, the Druids, believed that on October 31^st, roaming spirits set loose by Samhain, the Lord of Darkness, went searching for bodies to possess. The Celts were terrified that they would be chosen for possession and thus attired themselves as demons and ghosts hoping to hood-wink the roaming spirits that they were one of them. The Celts prepared meals for the spirits (treat) or suffer malicious acts imposed upon them if they didn’t (trick).

Halloween was marked with human sacrifices including child sacrifices, particularly first born children. Then the Druids would drink their blood and eat their flesh after slaying them in the most brutal way like slitting their throats and impaling them on stakes. The Satanic Calendar marks Halloween as a time of sexual rituals with demons and is an important time to recruit new Satanists. On November the 1^st, fires were made as a thanksgiving to Baal. The name Halloween itself is blasphemy having derived its name from “Hallowed by thy Name” of the Lord’s Prayer.

Making the connection, are we to expect humans of the earth to be sacrificed to keep down the human population? Evidence suggests so. To make the connection, we need to understand the history of eugenics.

In 1927, the Kaiser Wilhem Institute for Anthropology, Human Heredity and Eugenics in Berlin was created and funded by the Rockefeller Foundation. In fact, in 1926, Rockefeller donated $410 000 to hundreds of German researchers. Eugen Fisher became the director. He wrote a textbook called “The Principles of Human Heredity and Race Hygiene”, which Hitler took an interest in and read it while in prison in Landsberg. This gave him the idea that eugenics could support the ideal of the pure “Aryan” society, which he noted in his manifesto, “Mein Kampf”.

When Hitler rose to power in 1933, he instituted a national program in race hygiene. A law was enacted in 1934 permitting the involuntary sterilization of mentally backward people, the mentally disturbed, the mentally disabled, epileptics and anything else that would mar the gene pool. The “marriage laws” of 1935 prohibited the marriage between “Aryans” and Jews as well as anyone else that was considered unworthy. By 1939, 400 000 people had been sterilized. The next year, when hospital beds became scarce for the wounded soldiers, it was decided that unfit people should just be slain and not sterilized. 70 000 mental patients were poisoned with carbon monoxide in extermination chambers in psychiatric hospitals. In 1941, when the gassing of mental patients desisted, medical personnel with experience in euthanasia took their expertise to the concentration camps inPolandwhere Jews, gypsies and Social Democrats were gassed.

Many people would be surprised to be informed that the eugenics concept actually originated in the USA having been cultivated in California, decades before Hitler rose to power. Based on the idea that only those who fit the Nordic stereotype, national laws were enacted that allowed for sterilization and segregation laws and marriage restrictions in 27 states. In 1909, Californiabecame the third state to adopt this law. 60 000 Americans were involuntarily sterilized, prohibited marriages in the thousands and were segregated into colonies. Of the 9782 individuals sterilization, most were women deemed as promiscuous and had large clitorises and labia, obviously associating those with promiscuity.

Again we see that Eugenics was financed by corporations such as the Rockefeller Foundation and the Harriman railroad fortune. They were in league with respected scientists from various prestigious universities such as Yale, Stanford and Harvard. These academics exposed the race theory and science but distorted data in favour of eugenics.

In 1904, the Carnegie Institution founded a laboratory complex in Cold Spring Harbor on Long Island that held millions of index cards on Americas that researchers carefully studied and plotted the removal of families, blood-lines and individuals. The Harriman railroad fortune paid local charities such as the New York Bureau of Industries and Immigration to scout out Jews, Italians and other immigrants in New York and subject them to sterilization, imprisonment or deportation.

In 1927, the Supreme Court Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes wrote, "It is better for all the world, if instead of waiting to execute degenerate offspring for crime, or to let them starve for their imbecility, society can prevent those who are manifestly unfit from continuing their kind . . . Three generations of imbeciles are enough."

America funded the eugenics program in Germany.

FORCED ABORTIONS

Absolutely, and it should come as no surprise that the Rockefeller Foundation is a part of it. A red flag is that the World Bank and the United Nations is also involved, both of them claiming that the world’s populations has hit 7 000 000 000. The Rockefeller Foundation along with the Rockefeller’s Population Council, the World Bank and the United States’ National Institutes of Health formed a 20 year long project in 1972 that developed the covert abortion vaccine containing a tetanus carrier for WHO. Also, the Government of Norway, which has the Syalbard Doomsday Seed Vault, donated $41 million to develop the abortive Tetanus vaccine.

The Saylbard Global Seed Vault was officially opened on February 26, 2008, although the idea for the facility was conceived in the 1980s, and its purpose is to house the world’s most important natural resources in the event of a major catastrophe. These resources would come under threat due to civil strife, natural disasters, etc. Important crops may be lost in these cases and the Vault serves as an insurance policy for the world’s food supply.

It is dug into a mountainside near the village of Longyearhven, Syalbard.

The Vivos Cryovault is a nuclear blast-proof, fully staffed underground shelter where thousands of mature, reproductive unfertilized cells, like sperm or ova, are contained in liquid nitrogen freezers. Here you can preserve your family lineage in the case of a disaster, natural or caused by the destruction of the reproductive gene pool caused by radiological, biological or chemicals attacks, which would require the earth to be repopulated.

There is a theory that Noah’s Ark was actually a seed bank that enabled the world to be repopulated after a major catastrophe, like a global flood. This is explained by the History Channel:

Continuing on the topic of abortion, an official communiqué from the embassy of Uzbekistan inNew Delhi,India, outlines a remarkable initiative by the state and various partners:

“The complex of measures for the “Mother’s and Child’s Screening”, directed to prevent the childbirth with the hereditary diseases, accompanying with intellectual backwardness as well as inspection of pregnant women is carried out in the Republic with the purpose of revealing anomalies of development of a child-bearing.(…).Within the framework of the State Programs the cooperation is continuing with the WHO, UNICEF, UNFPA, USAID, JICA, KfW Bank, World Bank, Asian Development Bank(…).”

“In Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan, UNFPA (The United Nations Population Fund) worked to strengthen national capacities to collect, analyse and disseminate gender disaggregated data on population, development and reproductive health and to integrate population variables and gender concerns into development and environmental planning.”

A Japanese International Corporation Agency profiling the Uzbekistan disability policies writes:

“By 2001, 124.000 of new-borns had been examined, 2.800 children in at-risk groups had been identified; and 160 had been registered in health clinics.For genetic reasons, 1.381 pregnancies were terminated.”

For genetic reasons? What does that exactly means? Modern medical technology detects potential defects in the development of the foetus in the early stages of pregnancy including those with mental abnormalities and aborts them. This is reminiscent of Hitler’s eugenics program to sterilize and put to death those with mental and physical defects.

Health officials in Uzbekistanhave also been exposed to involuntary sterilization. There was a report of a woman who gave birth to a premature baby who subsequently died three days later. Much to her horror, she was told that during her caesarian operation, the surgeon had removed part of her uterus rendering her sterile. She is just one of hundreds who have been sterilized without their knowledge and consent in programs designed to stem overpopulation to prevent “unrest”.

There is a conspiracy theory that biological warfare is going to be used to reduce the world’s population drastically. It is already being used to this day. Professor Francis Boyle, the person who drafted the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989 enacted by the US Congress, said that in 2001-2004, the US Federal Government spent $14.5 billion for civilian bio-warfare-related work. What other purpose does this serve but to kill people?RutgersUniversity biologist, Richard Ebright, says there are approximately over 300 scientific institutions and some 12 000 individuals in theUS that have access to pathogens suitable for biological warfare. All this is justified by the government as being necessary to defend the people from possible terrorist attacks. Research included is genetic engineering regarding bio-warfare, MIT biology professor Jonathan King says, which he believes is threat to the American people.

Extremely top secret filed declassified from the National Archives of Australia, with attempts to bar the release, reveal that one of the fathers of modern biotechnology and genetic engineering espoused the use of biological weapons against Indonesia and other overpopulated countries of South-East Asia. Sir Macfarlane Burnet recommended in a secret report to the Australian Defence Department in 1947 that biological weapons be used to target food crops and spread infectious diseases. Macfarlane continued to say:

"Specifically to the Australian situation, the most effective counter-offensive to threatened invasion by overpopulated Asiatic countries would be directed towards the destruction by biological or chemical means of tropical food crops and the dissemination of infectious disease capable of spreading in tropical, but not under Australian, conditions."

"In a country of low sanitation the introduction of an exotic intestinal pathogen, e.g. by water contamination, might initiate widespread dissemination."

Introducing yellow fever, he claimed, could be introduced successfully with mosquito vectors that could lead to an epidemic before adequate control measures could be implemented.

Henry Kissinger, who famously referred to unhealthy people as “useless eaters”, wrote in the US National Security Study Memorandum 200 subtitled “Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for US Security and Overseas Interests” warned that increasing populations in developing countries posed a threat to the US strategic, economic and military interests. New world powers would arise when developing countries had sufficient populations to utilize their national resources to their full potential.

In order to preserve the U.S. strategic, economic, and military interest, Kissinger proposed population control as a solution to the rising populations in developing countries. 13 countries were singled out that Kissinger felt growing populations would lead to growing power. He aspired to have "a two-child family on the average" plan implemented by the year 2000. Of course that did not happen. The NSSM 200 explained that the US did not want to take responsibility for these population control plans and thus suggested that UN and international financial institutions, like the World Bank and IMF, adopt the population control policies and instil this on countries in exchange for aid from the UN.

Thus in order to ensure this, at the expense of developing countries, it proposed population control to address potential population growth and specifically targeted 13 countries whose growing populations suggested coming power. The report spelled out a plan to bring about throughout the world "by about the year 2000." Interestingly, NSSM 200 went into detail about avoiding U.S. responsibility for population-control programs by ensuring that the UN and international financial institutions such as the IMF and World Bank adopt population-control policies as prerequisites to their giving of aid. The report suggested furthering the camouflage by mandating that countries accepting aid from the UN or the banks from their own population-control ministries.

"In the event that I am reincarnated, I would like to return as a deadly virus, in order to contribute something to solve overpopulation."

Prince Philip, in his Foreword to If I Were an Animal; United Kingdom, RobinClark Ltd., 1986.

"A total world population of 250-300 million people, a 95% decline from present levels, would be ideal."

Ted Turner, in an interview with Audubon magazine.

Ironic considering Turner has 5 children.

Jasques Cossteau, an environmental icon and oceanographer, said in an interview with the UNESCO Courier for November 1991:

“The damage people cause to the planet is a function of demographics — it is equal to the degree of development. One American burdens the earth much more than twenty Bangaladeshes.

The damage is directly linked to consumption. Our society is turning toward more and needless consumption. It is a vicious circle that I compare to cancer....

This is a terrible thing to say. In order to stabilize world population, we must eliminate 350,000 people per day. It is a horrible thing to say, but it’s just as bad not to say it.”

It is obvious that we are not wanted on this planet, although we have a right to it. Not only do they drop the occasional comment about our unwelcome stay, it is also on permanent display in Georgia, USA.

There is a large granite monument in Elbert County, Georgia, USA, called the “Georgia Guidestones”, dubbed the “American Stonehenge. A message on 10 guides is etched on the structure in eight languages and an abbreviated message is etched on the top of the structure in four ancient languages scripts: Babylonian, Classical Greek, Sanskrit and Egyptian Hieroglyphs. A capstone lies on the top of the five slabs, which are astronomically aligned. An additional slab explains the history and the purpose of the Guidestones in eight different languages, English, Spanish, Swahili, Hindi, Hebrew, Arabic, Chinese and Russian:

1. Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.

2. Guide reproduction wisely — improving fitness and diversity.

3. Unite humanity with a living new language.

4. Rule passion — faith — tradition — and all things with tempered reason.

5. Protect people and nations with fair laws and just courts.

6. Let all nations rule internally resolving external disputes in a world court.

7. Avoid petty laws and useless officials.

8. Balance personal rights with social duties.

9. Prize truth — beauty — love — seeking harmony with the infinite.

10.Be not a cancer on the earth — Leave room for nature — Leave room for nature.

The monument was unveiled in March 1980 in the presence of 100 people.

Perhaps the most disturbing form of population control is radiation because radiation takes billions of years to dissipate entirely. Most do not realize the extent of radiation on earth today as the result of man-made activities. I don’t think it has crossed the minds of many that the Japannuclear disaster has been used as a form of population control as the earthquake was caused by man through HAARP technology. Radiation from the stricken Fukushima nuclear plants is insidiously circulating the globe, but is being downplayed by the likes of the United Nations. It recently reported that there is higher than normal radiation levels in the Czech Republic as well as other countries in Europe but is insisting that these levels do not pose a health risk. The International Atomic Energy Agency reports that there are low levels of iodine-131 but have dismissed the likelihood that it comes from Japan. Scientists don’t downplay the seriousness, though. In April, an independent French commission said the iodine-131 contamination was “no longer negligible.” The Commission de Recherche et d’Information Indépendantes sur la Radioactivité said the warning extended to other Europeans nations, too.

Experts agree that the release of radiation from the Fukushima power plants pose a global health risk. Epidemiologist Dr Steven Wing believes that millions of people exposed to even small doses of radiation can produce as much cancer as thousands of those exposed to the same dose.

Studies on the effects of the Chernobyl nuclear accident reveal that ionizing radiation is detrimental to the early embryonic development, as well as newborns and infants. Expose to cesium 137 produces “pathological disorders of the vital organs or systems” as well as horrific deformities and spontaneous abortions of babies, according to Dr. Yury Bandashevsky, a leading expert on radionuclide contamination

A grassroots group called Safecast is measuring the amount radiation contamination from locations aroundJapan and have come to the conclusion from their findings that radiation from voluntary exclusion zones around the Fukushima Daiichi is the equivalent of having 6 X-rays a day.

We can be reassured from the IAEA and the United Nations all they like but the truth is there is no safe dose of radiation.

“Nobody is talking about the fact that there is no safe dose of radiation,” Cabasso said.

Leuren Moret is an American independent scientist and international expert on radiation and public health issues. In an interview, she exposes the destructive results of depleted uranium munitions used by the US military as well as others. I will abbreviate for the sake of brevity.

Depleted uranium is waste residue from the nuclear weapons and power programs. 99.5% of uranium mined becomes depleted uranium after 0.5% uranium 235 is removed in the enrichment process. Iran, recently accused of manufacturing nuclear weapons, is legally enriching uranium for their nuclear power program which the IAEA has confirmed is a legal activity in a country that has nuclear power plants.

In 1942, when the Manhattan Project was being developed and lead to the creation of the atomic bomb that was dropped on Hiroshima, Japan, radioactive point gas weapons were suggested. Scientists were unsure if they would succeed in making an atomic bomb so they said, “…Let's make dirty bombs, dirty missiles, and dirty bullets out of the depleted uranium, since we have lots of that, and it will permanently contaminate the air, water, soil, food, and blood in a region where we use these munitions

It was only in 1973 that depleted uranium was used during the oil crisis. The US government gave it to Israel where Israel used it in the Yom Kippur war. Californian women who were living in Kibbutzes in Israel during this war had reported to Moret that there was a breast cancer epidemic in their families.

Not many Americans know that their country is being bombarded with radiation continuously. The US has contaminated 39 states with depleted uranium since 1945 from manufacturing, storing, testing, disposing and the sales of depleted uranium weapons. This has led to a wide range of radiation-related illnesses.

The Middle East and Central Asia are infinitely contaminated as radioactive depleted uranium has a half life of 4.5 billion years. Furthermore, it has circled the globe, causing a global epidemic of diabetes, for example.

Depleted uranium decreases birth rates and increases death rates. The DNA is damaged both in the nucleus and the mitochondria of the cell. Only later on in life will the damage manifest. One of the ultra elite of the world, the Queen of Britain and the Rockefellers, own most of the uranium whilst the City of London bankers control the world uranium supplies and prices.

The equivalent of deplete radiation released since 1991, which has been admitted by the US and UK, is tantamount to releasing radiation from 400 000 Nagasaki bombs into the atmosphere since 1991. It surprises me not that diabetes has been on the rise since 1991.

The below video is how future disaster events are revealed subtly in fictional movies and TV programs way before they happen. When learning the pattern when watching the first two examples in the film, one basically has a crystal ball into what is going to happen in the future. And it’s terrifying.

The film, “The Crazies” outlines this. I’m going to give it away because it forms the basis of the research I’ve done since then. The film was released in 2010 and is about how a toxin is released in a town, which makes people zombie-like. The army seal off the town and martial law is then declared to round up people to quarantine them and forcefully vaccinate them where they are placed in concentration camps completely separated from their families. It turns out that the army released the biological warfare onto the public.

So is this going to be a future event? Is this what is going to happen to Americans?

I was laughed at when I brought up the subject of the coffin liners, about 500 000 of them, in Madison, Georgia.

However, FEMA says they are to be used in the event of a biological attack on the United States. Georgiaalso happens to be the home of the Centers for Disease Control.

The CDC focuses on chronic diseases, disabilities, workplace hazards, injury control and environmental threats and terrorism preparedness, in other words biological warfare. It combats emerging diseases.

The CDC campus in the Atlanta house facilities are used for research of extremely dangerous biological agents.

But what is most disturbing of all is that on May 18, 2011, the CDC issued a guide on it blog informing people on how to be prepared in the event of a “zombie apocalypse”! That is supposed to educate people to be prepared for biological warfare, which if the film “Crazies” is to be believed, will mean people being herded up like cattle in concentration camps.

Denver International Airport is an airport in Denver, Colorado. It is the largest international airport in the United States and the third largest in the world. One would not expect significant art to be situated in an airport but the art that is, and was there, is highly controversial and has baffled people. The mural of death and destruction and then world peace was subsequently painted over. See the video for details. Unpleasant gargoyles were depicted as hiding in suitcases above the exit doors from the baggage claim. New Mexico artist, Luis Jimenez, created a grotesque sculpture with red shining eyes between the inbound and outbound lanes of Pena Boulevard. Eerily enough, he died in 2006 while making the sculpture when the head fell on him and severed an artery in the leg. Only the head of the sculpture was painted. The staff of Jimenez, his family and professional race-car painters, Camillo Nunez and Richard LaVato, helped complete the sculpture. It was then sent to California for assembly and then shipped to Denver.

And so the evidence goes on. I believe time is short and we need to know what is going on around us and this horrendous conspiracy that shall eventually succeed. Better to be prepared than taken off guard.
