The Lingering Focus On Hillary Clinton's Wealth...

The Ultra-Left Lingering Focus on Hillary Clinton’s And Others Wealth...

There are times lately when I have had to pinch myself to remind me that I am still residing in these Capitalistic United States of America… and the lingering discourse on whether former Secretary-of-State Clinton is qualified to be our first female President falls into that dubious -self pinching - category. The issue about being too rich to govern America is the latest effort on the part of those Democratic, ultra-left-wingers who have deemed those who are employed on Wall Street (The One Percenters) as capitalist venal monsters… responsible for the recent housing crisis and the overall, long lasting, Herpes-like economic doldrums. Apparently, Madame Secretary-of-State Clinton is simply too close to Wall Street, especially in light of the fact of the Midas living both she and her husband, the former President Clinton have made giving speeches for the ogre crowd on Wall Street.

What is even more disturbing are the ‘Hypocrats’ who make up the Fourth Estate (Media) that are giving credence to these misguided loons… positing the latter’s bogus, specious economic theories - incidentally, how is the economy in Cuba fairing, which is the obvious template for those who want to invoke the Marxist way of conducting Commerce. Let me get back to the Media where I saw Dianne Sawyer, of ABC News, piously asking Mrs. Clinton if she deserves the wealth she had accumulated since leaving the White House? It must be noted that it is reliably reported that Miss Sawyer, who was married to one of the wealthiest movie directors, (the late Mike Nichols) and, who, herself, makes some $22 million annually reading the News, apparently, excluded herself from being one of the swills that makes a good living like the Clintons. Of course, any time now, I expect to see Miss Sawyer shopping at K-Mart… ooh, the hypocrisy!

Many of those who want a Marxist/Socialist way of life are supporters of President Obama and many are biased in looking at the issue, only wanting to subject ‘Wall Streeters’ to their low pay wages. Well, why stop at those who work on Wall Street - should the left leaning Hollywood movie denizens be subjected to this dictatorial salary cap too… what of the pro athletes and the CEOs who are friends with the White-House? Do we leave these chosen elites out of the fiat-like wages because they are ‘cool’ and walk in lockstep with left leaning Idealism. Do you think the JZs and the Beyonces, who are friends with the President and the First Lady, would gladly give up part of their billion or so dollars for the betterment of the country – you know President Kennedy's famous edict to do for your country what you/they are asking the government to do by force/fiat?

For eight years, I worked as a security guard at a Brooklyn hospital… a hospital similar to where First Lady Michele Obama used to work in Chicago for some $300,000.00 yearly - does anyone thinks that the security guards at Mrs. Obama’s hospital were getting paid anything close to what the First Lady was earning, and moreover, do you think that she advocated for them to make her loot? I say this to you to highlight the sheer hypocricy. It must also be noted that many of these loons spewing these Marxist-lite theories are themselves from wealthy families - it is why you will always see the ‘white-shoe-lawyers’ speaking on their behalf when they get arrested. I do not envy anyone who makes a good living, especially those who have secured their lucrative pay via signed contracts. Do we tell the Hollywood stars whose movies have flopped that he or she should give back the money they were paid or do we tell Bruce Springsteen or any of the left-leaning performers to give back the loot because the recording or performance did not generate the revenues projected?

Those who read my blog on a regular basis know that I could never vote for Hillary Clinton - but fair is fair and to pick on the former Secretary of State and First lady for making a living when many in the media are 'living large' themselves is beyond being hypocrites. When these same media hypocrites, who seem to give overt and tacit support to the loons who want to usher in a Marxist/Socialist form of government, respective contracts are exhausted, they show up with their rabid dog lawyers and agents to negotiate the best deals they can, ironically, deals that enable these media types to live and send their children to schools located in August surroundings.

It is not about her wealth. It is about her trying to claim how flat broke they were. Can you say outer space out of touch?

Initially, the focus was about how much she had made and not about being out of touch.

Well, I'm thinking not because I heard nothing about her wealth until the "flat broke" claim. I honestly don't recall if she said it or she made the claim in her book.

They focused on Romney's wealth too, claiming it made him too out of touch with the Regular Joe. I would think the same claim would apply to Hillary and perhaps that's why the focus on the wealth.

I agree, Hillary's problem is not her wealth. It is her ability to lie, like her husband, with a straight face. If Hillary wins, all is lost. Up and interesting.

Christmas came up on us way too fast. I'm thinking it's becsuae the weather has been so warm. In regards to my kid's Halloween outfits, we bought them. My husband did make the wings out of cardboard and the tops of them were 1/2 an Easter egg painted red. The wings online had bad reviews. I had to take the top part of the costume off and add a strip purple fabric in the middle. My oldest is so torso long.

This past year has been huge for me. Thank you for reminding me to take the time to recelft. I am a bit reluctant to think about what I want for the coming year. I get so disappointed when things don't go the way I expected. So perhaps I will start by setting my intention, to follow my own passions, and trust that will be the most rewarding path, even when I can't see where I'm going.
