The Top Ten Reasons Mr. Obama Should Be Impeached

The U.S. Constitution - remember that thing?

Ten of my personal picks for impeachment

This could be the top 1000 reasons to impeach – but I don’t have the time to write a blog equaling the size of the Health Care Bill…

So I just randomly picked some of my favs:

10. Mr. Obama didn’t know his minister – the Reverend Wright, was "saying all those things" in the church he attended for 20 years.

9. He chose Joe Biden to be a heartbeat away from the Presidency.

To be perfectly honest, I thought this choice was a great huge joke - OH THAT BARRY, what a card, making us believe he'd pick a BUFFOON for Vice President! A KNOWN buffoon - bless his brainless little heart -- no less!

Can anyone spell PANIC IN THE STREETS if – God forbid – Joe had to step in as President?! Which -- now that I think of it - would happen in this dream if mine came true...but I won't think of that now...I'll think about that tomorra (as Scarlett would say...)

8. The need for a teleprompter for NEWS CONFERENCES. This requires no further pontificating – it speaks for itself doesn't it?.

7. For the creation of a brandy new, handy dandy economic term: “Saved jobs”.

6. For arrogantly saying to his special interest groups - over and over in speech after speech, “We aren’t going to pull the plug on Gramma…” a. The new Health Care bill WILL pull the plug on Gramma b. And he knows it.

5. Went abroad apologizing – actually telling other countries – to include Iran – that the previous administration was bad and now that HE was in charge, it was all good.

4. For ACCEPTING the Nobel Peace Prize

3. As THE Commander-in-Chief --went to parties, hosted a kick-off for Ramadan in the White House, gave interviews on television and radio, gave umpteen speeches on health care across the fruited plain, took his wife to Broadway, until very, very recently wouldn’t visit soldiers but sent proxies instead – BUT only managed to meet with General McChrystal ONE TIME for 20 minutes aboard the plane he took to get the Olympics to come to Chicago (How’d that one work out for ya Mr. President?) and until JUST recently ONLY ONE TIME (since taking the oath of office) with his Joint Chiefs of Staff.

[So I’m wondering what happened to this promise? He says afterward that fighting extremists is the top priority in Afghanistan but that he would increase involvement of civilian U.S. agencies in governance, justice, agriculture and other fields. But I digress...]

2. This is related to #3 of course – as of November 18, 2009 will NOT make up his mind about the War on Terror and the call in AUGUST OF 2009 by his hand-picked guy on the ground – General McChrystal for more troops. What a guy, what a LEADER, what a fantastic booster of MORALE for our troops who lay it ALL ON THE LINE for our country! Way to show YOUR SUPPORT Mr. President!

1. And the number one reason that President Obama should be impeached--------------For not upholding his oath of office specifically with regard to: Article III Section 3 of the Constitution – Treason. We now have the distinction of having another terrorist attack, on American soil – which did not happen in TWO terms of President Bush following the 9/11 attacks. In just under ONE YEAR of office, we have had a Terrorist attack in the United States of America, killing American citizens with Mr. Obama as our President.

The evidence is clear that the actions and inactions of President Barack Hussein Obama led to the recent Terror attack in Fort Hood, Texas, killing 13 American Citizens.

The definition of treason is:

Treason
treason n the offense of attempting to overthrow the government of one's country or of assisting its enemies in war

OK – this is obviously tongue-in-cheek here, but the SENTIMENT and the points I’m making are real and true!

As an aside...

I really, really looked for an article, section or even amendment for cause -- like if a President is totally and utterly stupid – and not by definition of the left which would be mere irrational, obsessive hatred of someone making them stupid (refer to Sarah Palin) but by a real definition of stupidity – yet, sadly, I couldn’t find it.

Then I really, really looked for cause regarding a total and utter inability to execute his duties as President i.e. -- unable to lead, incapable of making cognitive and intelligent decisions, doing HARM to our country both domestically and internationally, but again – got nothin’…

Unless you go with treason. A stretch I freely admit – but I can always hope…

Geez you only have 10 reasons? :) Biden's motorcade was in two accidents this week, Imagine if Pelosi became VP. As far as Afghanistan he is waiting until Rahm sends everyone a fish, did you know that there is a bill saying that Congress doesn't want to fund any more troops? Good Hub!

Dear cj,

Only ten, how did you control yourself? If you wrote a hub every day for the next 10 years you could list 10 reasons and never run out of things to say. Great hub, horrible President..

Very good Pseudonymous - that's a typo - I'll fix that. But you'd probably lose your bet, I wouldn't put my money on Biden knowing how to spell. You seem to be uninformed regarding history, or maybe you just forgot. Joe ran for President awhile back and he had to drop out of the race when it was revealed he was accused of plagiarism his first year of law school at Syracuse University. I'm guessing, ole Joe can't spell and his public displays of brainlessness would support my supposition that he's an illiterate dolt.

Correction, I didn't know how to spell the word buffoon. My point about Biden still stands however.

cjv, obviously we have fairly different political opinions, but I am curious, however, as to whether you feel that Joe Biden is significantly more stupid than, say, those noted intellectual titans George W. Bush or Sarah Palin?

If Pseudonymous really believes Biden is more intelligent than Bush or Palin, then Biden should be president and BO his vice. It will be interesting to see how far the American people can be pushed until they start pushing back.

How's "Hope and Change" working for you?

cjv123 profile image

cjv123 6 years ago from Michigan Author

Well Pseudo - my answer to your smug attempt at sounding intellectual would be - at least Mr. Bush and Sarah Palin didn't have to cheat their way through college to get their degree. So in comparison? I'd say they're both intellectual giants compared to Mr. Biden. The fact they didn't have to cheat and lie to get a degree speaks volumes about their intellect and common sense. Biden - even after getting his degree that we now know could be questionable -- then was caught AGAIN plagiarizing - this time it was a speech. Either he's a consummate liar and cheater or he's just plain stupid not to know he swiped a portion of a speech - judging from his record though - we can probably conclude both.

You just think Mr. Bush and Sarah Palin aren't intellectual because you read too many left leaning blogs. Let me ask you this - who did you vote for, John Kerry or George Bush - staying with this "intellectual titan" thread?

I can only PRAY you're right drcrischasse! Psalm 109:8 Let his days be few; and let another take his office.

And I mean in a peaceful, election - I do not mean to imply in any violent way nor am I implying he should be removed by anyone in a violent manner. Just by the voters voting!

ladypant profile image

ladypant 6 years ago from Pensacola, FL

Are you aware that the scripture below Psalm 109:8 says "let his children be fatherless and his wife a widow?" It it obvious to me that many people on the Right are just crossing their fingers hoping Obama gets assassinated. There are even been preachers on the Right who are praying for him to die. You guys need to understand that if God didn't want Obama to win the election who would have lost, plain and simple! It is God's will for him to be President. He is doing a great job under extremely difficult circumstances. He needs the American people behind him right now. I pray for his safety and success daily. "No weapon formed against him shall prosper"

cjv123 profile image

cjv123 6 years ago from Michigan Author

I do realize what that scripture says in context, that's why I explicitly made that statement that I do not wish Mr. Obama to leave office by any violent means. I pray for Mr. Obama and the safety of his family and cabinet. I don't wish him ANY physical harm at all - I purposefully took that verse OUT of context - but maybe I didn't make that apparent. I'm sorry for that. I should have made the fact I was using it out of context much clearer. I hope it's clear now. I do not wish him to come to any physical harm. Anyone who does is wrong. I'm totally and utterly pro-life that's ALL life - murder is wrong - I do not wish him any harm what-so-ever.

Now as for God wanting Mr. Obama as President - sometimes God gives us what we want so that we can learn - it's not what HE wanted for us. The majority of those who voted wanted Mr. Obama because he is charismatic. I call him the "American Idol" President. He puts on a good show but that's it. He has no experience and it shows. When he was first elected Senator, I heard from his own mouth that he wouldn't run for the office of President as he was UNQUALIFIED and it was too early. It was no time after he said that, and he was throwing his hat in the ring to be President.

He never served in the military and apparently has no idea what he's doing with regard to the military.

Yes - the job of President is extremely difficult and he's doing a horrible job in pretty much every aspect except that he's handsome, "cool" and has a lovely family. Other than that, he is absolutely unqualified and he is harming this country greatly - along with Pelosi and Reid.

Back to God and Kings - Saul was a King - God obviously either caused Saul to be King or God allowed it to happen. Saul ended up being a horrible King. If you read the Bible you'll see a long, long list of godless and horrible Kings of Israel. Simply because God doesn't prevent someone from becoming President doesn't mean the one who becomes President will be a good one.

I have prayed that the insidious evil that President Obama has brought into the White House will be exposed by the light of truth and that our liberty, freedoms and rights will be restored.

I know you obviously support Mr. Obama - that prayer you pray? "No weapon formed against him shall prosper." Why not pray that for the babies slaughtered that Mr. Obama personally has helped to slaughter through his political career and now as President. Those innocent lives need the prayers of this country for murdering them inside the womb. As I see it, our prayers for Mr. Obama should be that he sees the light of truth and stops perpetuating evil on the citizens of this country. That's another one of my prayers as well.

Just to answer my own question for Pseudo - who apparently believes he's far superior intellectually to those of us who are Conservative. I asked who he voted for, John Kerry or Mr. Bush. It's no wonder my question made him tuck tail.

He called Mr. Bush and Sarah Palin essentially, idiots. Here is his quote from above: "...but I am curious, however, as to whether you feel that Joe Biden is significantly more stupid than, say, those noted intellectual titans George W. Bush or Sarah Palin?"

I'm taking he was making use of the lower case usage odefinition of "titan" "...(usually lowercase) a person or thing of enormous size, strength, power, influence, etc.: a titan of industry."

This is what absolutely rocks me with laughter - all the liberals who envision themselves so vastly superior intellectually to George Bush. OK - I'll get on that logic train - chugga, chugga, chugga, choo, choo.

If Mr. Bush is such a total idiot, a total moronic, brainless stupido, then when you voted for John Kerry, what does that make you? Because anyone who didn't drink the Kool-Aid knows that John Kerry's grade-point average, from the same higher educational institution BTW -- was just a hair WORSE than George W. Bush's. What does that make you Psuedo, an intellectual Pygmy??? That's OK - not expecting an answer - Rhetorical.

Wow! I wrote a hub about impeaching Obama and all I got was a bunch of people telling me off but I don't see one on here. Good job!

Maybe it's because I told people they need to contact their representatives with their allegations for impeachment. I dunno.

I agree that treason will ultimately be the reason to impeach when people pull their heads out of their butts and understand that treason is about the worst thing a president can do.

Brenda Durham 6 years ago

I believe he has committed treason.

"We now have the distinction of having another terrorist attack, on American soil – which did not happen in TWO terms of President Bush following the 9/11 attacks. "

you forgot the 2001 anthrax mail attacks, the mailbox pipebomber in 2002, hesham mohamed hadayet, the BELTWAY SNIPER ATTACKS, mohammed reza taheri-azar, the seattle jewish federation shooting, and Jim D. Adkisson, who shot 9 people at a unitarian church because they "were too liberal"

you're an idiot

cjv123 profile image

cjv123 6 years ago from Michigan Author

My implication was "Muslim Terrorist attack" - the mailbox pipe bomber was like a Timothy McVey - not a Muslim religious fanatic who hates Jews and the U.S. way of life - declaring war on "infidels" or "The Great Satan." The rest of the attacks you listed are DOMESTIC acts of CRIME. I was referring to acts of WAR as declared by Muslim Terrorists on this COUNTRY as a WHOLE.

And I wouldn't go calling people idiots when you don't know how to capitalize and when you lack the basic typing skills of how to put periods at the end of sentences.

borutz 6 years ago

Richard Reid, the infamous shoe bomber who was a confirmed Al Qaeda operative and whose failed plot played out almost identically to the recent one (Substitute shoes with underwear). Was it Bush's protection that stopped that bomb from working?

If I recall correctly, it happened just weeks after 9/11, Bush was on vacation at camp david at the time, and he took 6 days to prepare a response (Obama took 3).

Were you complaining then?

So here, with the shoe bomber, we have an attack on American soil by a Muslim religious fanatic who hates Jews and the US way of life. I thought you said that didn't happen in Bush's two terms after 9/11? Are you really so blinded by partisanship that you forget history entirely? The DC sniper was also Muslim, for the record. As was the shooter at the Jewish Federation building. And Hesham Mohamed Hadayet. And Mohammed Reza Taheri-azar.

So when you say "Act Of Terrorism" your implication was actually "A Muslim Terrorist Attack On American Soil In An Airplane Involving Explosives But Not In A Shoe"

borutz 6 years ago

I just realized you were probably talking about the Ft. Hood shooting when you wrote this. In such case the Beltway Sniper was probably a much better comparison. Both cases involved a Muslim who admired and supported Al Qaeda but weren't under their orders when they committed their acts.

The only practical difference was the bodycount, a difference of three. Did you call for Bush's impeachment for failing to protect us?

C.J. Wright 6 years ago

Unfortunately none of the reasons you listed are actual grounds for impeachment. However, I do share your frustration with this administration.

cjv123 profile image

cjv123 6 years ago from Michigan Author

Borutz - In this Hub I specifically talked about a terrorist ATTACK - executed - and carried out successfully - on American Soil. You were correct - only the in your latest post - I was ABSOLUTELY referring to the Ft. Hood SLAUGHTER - carried out SUCCESSFULLY - by a Muslim Terrorist - ON AMERICAN SOIL. This NEVER happened after 9/11 under W.

Unsuccessful attacks under EITHER or for that matter ANY administration is NOT what I'm talking about. I wouldn't blame any UNSUCCESSFUL attack. If it's unsuccessful - by the very nature of the use of the word, "unsuccessful" - it means - it didn't take place. I.E. - lives weren't lost etc. The bad guy was caught before they were able to carry out their plans.

Re: The Beltway Sniper - there is new and compelling evidence that the "ties" to any Terrorist Organization by this guy were just a front. The Beltway Sniper set the ENITRE process up to randomly kill people so he could STALK AND KILL HIS WIFE. He killed ALL the others as a ruse to send the authorities off his track because he had a record of severe violence against his wife. He killed the others, and had planned to kill his wife to make it look as if she was just a random act by a serial killer. Look it up. His wife - thank God - is still alive to tell all about it.

So read up on it. That was no Terrorist attack on American soil. It was a crazed lunatic obsessed with destroying his wife and he cleverly and despicably murdered others in the hopes he wouldn't be caught when he carried out the rest of his plan, which was to murder his wife.

So again, I repeat - we now have the distinction, under the Obama administration to have THE FIRST terrorist attack ON AMERICAN SOIL since 9/11 which NEVER happened with W.

Read the Wall Street Journal, watch Fox News - they aren't the number 1 news network because ONLY Republicans or Conservatives watch them.

I suggest you stop getting your news from blogs and forming your opinions from places like the Huffington Post.

C.J. - I'm thinking it won't be long before Mr. Obama commits something impeachable though - I know the list above isn't going to cut it - I did say so (begrudgingly) in the Hub - I'm thinking that like the Bible says, this corrupt administration will eat itself from the inside out. I honestly believe it will destroy itself by it's own evil - IF it doesn't take down the country beforehand...We'll have to see though!

heard an old Doobie Brothers song on the radio today. It reminds me of all the ill informed haters here. "the wise man has the power to reason away, what a fool believes". sigh*

cjv123 profile image

No hate, I don't hate Mr. Obama at all and in fact I had high hopes he actually would do the things he said he would do - have transparency in his administration - hasn't happened in a HUGE way - would clear up any corruption - good luck with that - his is the most corrupt administration yet. Bring unemployment DOWN to 8 point something - it's 10 these days - he also promised to stop out of control spending. That's laughable at this point.

If "hating" is pointing out the truth to you, I'm sorry for you. Your Doobie Brother's song lyric could very well be turned directly back to you I'm afraid. Facts are facts, you're the one "believing" in something it would seem.

Very well said, and very on point and true. Obama is a disaster to be sure. As far as I'm concerned he's way too soft on terrorism especially. The last couple of events speak to that.

Change, well, that's just a word. It sure in the hell is what he's giving us. Though it's NOT for the better as he suggests.

Madame X 6 years ago

The last reason is a doozy, and true! He IS "assisting its enemies in war" - giving war criminals civilian trials, telling everyone "not to jump to conclusions" about the Fort Hood massacre being a terrorist act in the face of evidence that the shooter was advised by the same Imam as the 9/11 terrorists, looking the other way about Iran's nuclear threats, etc. etc.

Very interesting hub and a fun read :)

GodsChild2 6 years ago

Wow! And you're a Christian, Ma'am? With all due respect to a sister in Christ, I'd be on my knees begging our Lord for forgiveness, if I were behaving like you. Your hate-filled rants are surely not representative of (what I understand) a walk in Christ Jesus to be. I understand your right to express yourself freely, and would never want to interfere with that right but it concerns me, as a Christian, what your expressions may be inciting amongst other Christians.

I must ask, why are you spewing such vileness about our brother in Christ, Barack Obama? (I certanly hope you are not one of the people who believe him not to be a Christian because of what others' report of their speculations. But even if you do, I don't believe that would still warrant these vicious attacks on him!) Why do you feel the need to assassinate his character along with your attacks on his actions? Are you unable to respectfully write statements of disagreement without being so offensive?

I pray that you rediscover the loving nature of our Lord.

Leviticus 19:18

You shall not take vengeance, nor bear any grudge against the children of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the LORD.

Ecclessiastes 7:9

Do not hasten in your spirit to be angry, for anger rests in the bosom of fools.

Proverbs 10:12

Hatred stirs up strife, but love covers all sins.

Proverbs 14:17

A quick-tempered man acts foolishly, and a man of wicked intentions is hated.

Proverbs 15:1

A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.

1 Peter 4:8

And above all things have fervent love for one another, for love will cover a multitude of sins.

James 1:19-20

So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath ; for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God.

Ephesians 4:31-32

Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.

Colossians 3:12-14

Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do. But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection.

Romans 12:21

Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

GodsChild - you see hatred that I spew - I'm telling you it's the truth.

1 Timothy 5:20

Those who sin are to be rebuked publicly, so that the others may take warning.

This is what I am doing.

And I also suggest you read, in context how angry Jesus got with the money changers and his own apostles. Jesus told it like it was to the moneychangers. Was he spewing hatred? Hardly.

When he said "Get thee behind me satan" was Jesus being loving and sweet? No, Jesus was angry then as well.

When Jesus hammered the apostles "Oh ye of little faith!" He wasn't being sweet - he was rebuking and admonishing his apostles.

When Jesus rebuked - he told it like it was, unvarnished. He called sin a sin. That's what I do here. If you don't care for it, then please - you are free never to return.

I'm truly very sorry you don't see it for what it is. And if you are fool enough to think a man who can slaughter unborn helpless babies - a man who would block any legislation to make certain babies born of botched abortions are taken proper care of isn't the devil himself - he's a good embodiment of it. Did you know this? He made sure that babies born in Illinois of botched abortions ALIVE could NOT be tended to in any medical way. One former abortion nurse described the deaths of these babies and nightmarish. They are treated like garbage.

Do you know what they do with babies born from botched abortions? They throw them on hospital garbage piles and they die a slow, agonizing cold death. Shame on you for caring more for this man who takes tax payer money to DO THESE unspeakable horrible THINGS than you do for those voices who are crying out to be saved - but can't because they are murdered before they ever have a voice. I feel shame for you and shame that you think you are a Christian and can defend Mr. Obama and his actions.

I'll call sin and evil what it is --- sin and evil ---- and I'll sleep peacefully at night because I'm speaking the truth.

And may I add - with all due respect -. you should stop wagging your finger at me - and take a look at the life of Mr. Obama and the fruit he produces and look in the mirror as one who defends him.

I don't for one moment believe he is a Christian. Christians should always judge another Christian by the fruit they produce. The fruit Mr. Obama produces has the blood of the unborn on it. He's not Christian and you are commiting sin for even defending him in his sin.

If you wish to talk about hatred, look at the church Mr. Obama attended for so-called 20 years. What fruit has the Reverend Wright produced in his life? Have you ever heard one of his bile filled sermons? I have. Have you ever heard Louis Farrakahan speak? I have. A number of times - I've watched him on uTube. Talk about hatred and racism at its best! Mr. Farrakahan was honored by Mr. Obama's "mentor" Reverend Wright for a full day at Mr. Obama's church. Disgusting, disgraceful - sinful.

Mr. Obama murders babies - as if he performed abortions himself. Every time an abortion is performed in Illinois, every time a late-term abortion is performed in Illinois - he has blood on his hands.

The FIRST thing he did when he went into office was to open up tax payer funding for abortions overseas. That was the first act he did as President.

Anyone who voted for this man should be ashamed to call themselves a Christian. For the lost who voted for him, well - they are lost - and it should be expected. If a Christian did - they should be sick with shame and guilt. To defend him? Then they should be ashamed to call themselves a Christian. If a person voted for him, then they will have to stand before God someday and answer to the fact that they too have the blood of millions of innocent babies on their hands because they helped this man to power.

Ye shall know them by their fruit. That isn't just a novel concept - that is a principle of the Bible. Mr. Obama's fruit is EVIL. Pure and unmitigated. I'm calling what this man does EVIL and SINFUL because that is exactly what it is. If you find that hateful - then don't come here and read it. But don't you come here and call yourself a Christian either and defend the man. You are a disgrace to the Body of Christ for doing so and I will pray for you and pray that the scales fall very quickly from your eyes before it is too late for you.

Anyone, then, who knows the right thing to do and fails to do it, commits sin.

James 4:17

I am flabbergasted! This response is unbelievably maniacal in its arrogance of assumptions, and deranged anger toward me for simply offering you an alternate Christian approach for expressing your opinions! You have the gall to assume things about me you know nothing of! You say I should be ashamed for things you assume I think and feel but I have certainly NOT made known to you! I have made no claim to be a political supporter of Obama! You do not know my opinions on abortion ~ How DARE you cast shame on me for "caring more for this man.....than you do for those voices who are crying out to be saved..." You also say I should be shamed for thinking I am a Christian!!!! "I feel shame for you and shame that you think you are a Christian." Your gall and arrogance simply STUNS me! You may say you are passionate; you may claim to be a Christian, but Ma'am, you act nothing like either one! Your "passion" is hateful expression, and your understanding of Christianity is warped. You are a fanatical fool of dangerous proportions and you are acting NOTHING like a Christian, despite what scriptures you can come up with to support your insanity. Only someone who is insane would believe that our President is the devil, and that I am a sinner for supporting him! Ma'am, you are mentally ill ~ you need professional help! I will most certainly pray that the trees be removed from your eyes! Unbelievable!

G-Child - YOU are flabbergasted?- Step back and let's look at what this really is.

You did not offer me "simply an alternate Christian approach for expressing my opinions" There was little Christian anything about your haughty, prideful attempt to admonish me in MY Hub area UNINVITED.

1) I didn't ask your opinion and I didn't ask you for any so-called "alternate" approach because it was hardly a Christian one. Reread what you wrote and the superior way you attempted to make yourself sound.

2) Why would you believe it to be a Christian gesture to admonish me on my Hub when I neither invited nor solicited any of your ideas or opinions? Do you always just barge on up to people and wag a finger in their face? Who asked you for your opinion? Who wanted your opinion? Certainly not me. If you'll notice, even those who disagree here are CIVIL. You were not civil, right from the start.

3) You are wrong that you did not make your "feelings" known to me and I will prove it by your own words.

You came here, to this Hub, my Hub, uninvited. You criticized me for what I was doing. I know you believe that Mr. Obama is a Christian. I quote you, "(I certanly hope you are not one of the people who believe him not to be a Christian because of what others' report of their speculations. But even if you do, I don't believe that would still warrant these vicious attacks on him!).

I know he ISN'T a Christian BY HIS FRUIT. Perhaps you aren't familiar with that portion of the Bible -ye shall know them by their fruit. I strongly suggest you read it because your fruit is rude, obnoxious and pious.

You are so stunned by my knowledge of your views on abortion? You believe I can't possibly know? Ye shall know them by their fruit.

There is a simple way to draw the conclusions I drew - you defended Mr. Obama, you obviously believe he is a Christian - by your own quote. You admonished me for saying what actually is the truth about the man - therefore - you obviously care more for this man than you do for those slaughtered babies. It's a logical chain that I followed. I know you by your own words. I know you by your fruit.

You go remove that beam out of your own eye before you worry about what's in my eye. You came her uninvited, you rudely admonished me like I was a child - and you say how DARE I cast shame on you? You Madame == acted shamefully. Not me. You are the one without common courtesy or manners.

You call me crazy and yet admonish ME for being hateful? You say I have gall and arrogance? Yet you say I'm a "fanatical fool of dangerous proportions?" Are you kidding? Shame on you!!! You need to be far, far more concerned with your own sin than you should be about what you perceive to be mine.

You have a lot of work to do - you're going to be exhausted climbing down from your lofty tower. You're either going to come down or God's going to knock you down, but eventually , you will come down.

If you wish to comment again and remain civil - I will welcome you. If not - I will delete your comments. Fair warning. You've come to MY "house"/Hub act accordingly when you enter someone's place as an uninvited guest.

I'm turning it over to our Lord. You are way too much for me, Ma'am, and I say that in a very humble way. I stand by all my comments.

Reasons why President Barak Obama Should Be Impeached.

Is failure to enforce the immigration laws of the country an impeachable act?

Is failure to uphold the oath of office that he made ?

THE OATH OF OFFICE:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States."

We The People demand that our elected officials enforce the laws of the US.

President Lincolns once said '' to remain silent is to be a coward ''

the law is clear.

The Constitution is the foundation of our government. Each and every public official including President Barak Obama took an oath of office to defend the constitution and the laws of the land. Public officials in Washington continually remind us that '' We Are A Nation Of The Rule Of Law''.

President Barak Obama, Attorney General Holder and each and every member of Congress ARE GUILTY of aiding and abetting the law breaking illegal aliens who have entered our country without the proper papers.

America wake up, it's time for our government to close the border, stop the catch and release program and enforce the laws with imprisonment according to the law.

PS There is an empty prison in Illinois for starters.

Section 274 felonies under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A):

A person (including a group of persons, business, organization, or local government) commits a federal felony when she or he:

assists an alien s/he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by transporting, sheltering, or assisting him or her to obtain employment, or

encourages that alien to remain in the U.S. by referring him or her to an employer or by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any

US Constitution, Article II, Section 1

CATCH AND RELEASE IS NOT THE ANSWER, IT DON'T WORK

Joh Ewall - I certainly hope that you have something here -although I suspect that voting him out is our only option. That is - if the Democratic party don't cheat their way, bully their way (with Black Panthers holding weapons at voting polls...) to another Obama victory!

To be fair GodsChild - I am not without sin here myself - and don't wish to convey I believe I'm perfect.

I have a biting - sarcastic sense of humor - especially when it comes to politics verses faith. I can have an "acid tongue' when it comes to my writing in particular about the Obama administration and liberalism. I have been working on taming my tone. Short of deleting my earlier Hubs, I can only pray I convey my message without sounding mean-spirited.

The important thing is though - I do not hate Mr. Obama at all. I pray for him nearly every day - I have a card in my Bible to remind me. I don't just pray for his salvation, I pray for protection for him and his family and that God will guide his decisions. I cannot hate a man I pray for. I simply can't pray for someone I'm hating (so I've found). I have to have a right heart.

I confess - I hated Mr. Clinton and have since decided - that is not a good thing by God - so I have my heart in the right place now. I do not hate Mr. Obama in any way - I can say that honestly.

But I do hate what he does. I hate his sin and I hate the evil, evil, vile things he has perpetrated against the unborn in particular. That's something we can do as Christians - love the sinner, hate the sin. I do love him but it is only with the love of Christ that I can - but I freely and openly hate his sin that he is casting upon this country. He is bringing our country to ruin - and someday the Lord will bring him down from his high tower of pride. Mr. Obama is a very obstinate, elitist. There is no meekness in him, there is no humbleness. There is no Christian fruit at all. Ye shall know them by their fruit - his fruit has the blood of slaughtered babies on it. He is no Christian by any Biblical standard.

You did not apologize - which you should have done - however - I am able to forgive your rudeness and your pride-filled, unwelcomed rant against me. You'll see someday that you were in the wrong. But regardless, I forgive you anyway and am grateful for this opportunity to remind myself to be more careful with my political writings. I do not thank you however - for the admonishment and your superior, holier-than-thou tone of your comments. I also do not thank you for your name-calling. You were completely out of order on many levels. But it is forgiven.

GodsChild2 6 years ago

I am also a passionate person in my opinions, and in my attempts to squelch transferring that passion into my expressions, if it be of a negative cast, I sometimes have difficulty. I WILL apologize for that, Ma'am, as I do feel I failed in taming my expressions as much as I would have liked, in my comments on your Hub.

I have searched my soul through God, and if I have anything else to apologize for, it is that I chose to halt this discussion rather than continue to beseech a compassionate manner in your own expressions, on behalf of our Lord. This is basically the same as you do when you feel rebuking is in order for those you see “sinning,” ~ I just do it differently than you. With that being said, I feel led to rectify that retreat in honor of our Lord. If, through reading my words, you continue to see them as "holier than thou," I want you to know that that is certainly not my intent, and please know that I am attempting just the opposite. I am a simple servant, after all.

From your last response, it seems that you have a glimpse of your sharp edges. I'm glad for that. You see, I feel it's so important that when we publish our thoughts and feelings for all the world to peruse, we step back and ask ourselves if Jesus would speak as we are speaking ~ is this what Jesus desires us to be saying. If it is mean spirited, as I feel your's definitely have a tendency to be (I’ve since read others of your postings), we should really take pause before hitting the "post" button.

Ma'am, I hated how our previous president was treated during his time in office, and I see the same happening to our current president, presently, and your encouragement of it. This disturbs me very much, and I can't see the necessity in this kind of behavior. I did not agree with almost everything President Bush and his VP did, but my heart was heavy when observing the hate cast upon him by those who also disagreed with him. I just don't see a purpose for mean-spirited expression, even when one feels the need to expose the mean-spiritedness in others. (I struggle with this myself, but it is always prevalent in my mind, none-the-less.) I don't believe it accomplishes anything other than spreading meanness and feelings of hate (as it did in the back and forth between you and I), and that is the exact opposite of what Jesus tried to spread and teach.

Jesus is Love. I want others to come to His love through the spread of kindness, respect, and genuine care for others. Political opinions CAN be expressed with these adjectives kept in mind but it becomes more difficult when we are provoked to anger. One of the things the various media genres do ~ left and right both ~ is provoke anger. Squelching the evil within all of us when it is provoked, must be a high priority in every aspect of a Christian's life, especially when it sneaks into our expressions to others. In a forum like yours where it has the potential to reach infinite numbers of readers, it is especially important to keep this in mind.

These are my opinions, Ma'am. Please keep in mind that I only believe them to be my opinions of what I see as truth. Our Father is the only one who holds perfect truth, and even though I search after it, I may not always reach it. I do my best.

(Just as an added note, and I only tell you this to rouse your own humbleness in Christ, you are NOT correct about what you think about me. All your explanations as to HOW you know things about me are wrong, and I strongly feel that you need to understand this. I see this as an arrogance on your part that is unfortunate for its potential to block righteous truths in honest discussions held between you and others. You are simply not as insightful as you may think you are, Ma‘am. I could bring up all the points that show your errors, but I fail to see any Godly reasons for doing such.)

In closing, I do ask forgiveness for the behavior I showed that was not Christ-like, and I thank you for giving it to me. You have not asked forgiveness from me, but I give it to you, as well. Please, I strongly encourage you to continue to heed what God is revealing to you, and reflect those revelations in your posts.

Beautifully and humbly said GodsChild. And I too ask your forgiveness. Your underlying message has been noted - I'm watching my acid "tongue" these days. My passion, my broken heart for the evil that has corrupted this country's government (and the evil is not confined to any one party - let me be clear) drive my anger in these posts. Anger isn't always sin. I assure you - it's not hatred of Mr. Obama. It's hatred of the sin and the lies and the superior attitude of this administration in particular. I do not hate Mr. Obama or his family. Just today I prayed for Mr. Obama and his family and their safety.

Tragically, his "transparent" administration is the worst ever - and while I understand what you are saying with regard to my furthering things you dislike - I happen to be telling the truth about the man and his administration.

I am trying to wake up this country in my one, tiny, small way. Will it work? I have no idea. It's doubtful, I'm preaching mostly to the choir here. But I know I must try to be a voice and hopefully if there are enough voices - the country will listen.

There will never be a total love of Jesus on this planet. It's a corrupt world and will remain so until Christ returns. There are also different ministries for some. I have a bold - in-your-face ministry. I have overstepped here sometimes - I will concede that fully to you. I am aware of that and I'm also aware of how imperfect I am. However - I have many times gone before the Lord about the boldness I have and it is well placed when I use it correctly. I wish sometimes I could be a sweet, quiet voice - people who are like that are MUCH more popular. And God shows me when and how I can use that type of witness. So I get a glimpse. However, most of the time - it is bold, it is "loud" and it is hard-hitting. I cannot deny that voice because I have even asked that God not give it to me. I know - thus far - I am to continue as I have been.

I just the other day invited two Jehovah's Witnesses into my home after they came to my door. I immediately told them, "See this is the problem we have here. You want to show me something in a pamphlet, I want to show you in the Bible where you teach about a false god. Please come in."

A seed was planted that morning with the young, unseasoned woman. Not with the older seasoned JW, but that's God's business. I was bold, I was "in their face" but there wasn't an argument. There was mutual respect. I said often, "SEE! Something we CAN be in agreement about! It's not all bad!" When I use this boldness the Lord has given me correctly - it is a powerful tool the Lord uses in me.

You feel that what I do here is part and parcel of what was done to George Bush. You compare what was done to vilify George W. Bush is being done to Mr. Obama. There is a huge and glaring difference.

Most of what was said negatively about George Bush by the media and the Democrats and the left were/are lies. Please reread that - MOST OF WHAT WAS SAID ABOUT GEORGE W. BUSH IN THE PRESS AND TELEVISION MEDIA WAS AND IS LIES.

The list is endless about the myths, still spouted about George W. Bush to this day. Here - at least on my Hub and the Hubs and places I frequent - what I say is the absolute truth. That is the huge difference and where you and I part company.

My goal is to keep the drum beat going - to tell the truth about this President of "Transparency" - the evil and corrupt media certainly won't. If I, and others like me can do this until 2012 -- prayerfully we can get this baby murderer with no experience and ability to actually run this country - out of office with information and our vote. Prayerfully, he can be replaced with a Godly man or woman who will adhere to the Godly document of our Constitution. You can agree to disagree. I sleep very peacefully at night - my conscience is clear in doing this.

Thank you for coming here again with a changed tone and manner. I think many people forget when they go to someone's Hub - in particular, a Hub written that the disagree with - it is not their place to flame or criticize. Not without doing so in a very careful and civil tone anyway. That goes across the board - no matter what side of the matter one is on. It's like going into someone's home uninvited and then chewing them out about putting the fork on the wrong side of the plate. Who asked you?

It's a common problem in "cyber space." I don't go to other's Hub's, no less ones I disagree with. If I did though - I would hope I'd be civil. If I was uncivil, I should expect to be told my comments were unsolicited and unwanted.

Thank God the Lord has given me a tough skin. I don't honestly care what others think of me. I was delivered from insecurity years ago. There's such a freedom in that. I sleep soundly at night. However - I can tend to go overboard with that "freedom" and I have heard you GodsChild - your underlying message was duly noted.

wtf - lovely profile name BTW - I just saw this again, and didn't have time the first time I read your comment to reply. So I just denied.

Forgive me for saying this, but you're an idiot. That rumor - that you didn't even get right anyway - that Bush has an IQ of 91 is a hoax. The rumor is he has an IQ of 94. Lord I hope you can't vote. It's because of people like you, who NEVER seek the facts - that we have the complete incompetent President we now have.

I'm no Snopes lover - but as a lib - I'm sure you live and die by it:

http://www.snopes.com/inboxer/hoaxes/presiq.asp

HIs IQ, while not a genius level, is obviously much higher than yours. Bing George W. Bush IQ and you'll get endless debunking of that nonsense you decided to parrot.

Honestly, please don't vote, EVER. You are the reason they should reinstate testing as a prerequisite for voting! Thank you for your comment. It was another opportunity to show up another liberal. Honestly...

8 is a reason for impeachment really

YoungOne 5 years ago

I am 14 years old, and have been finding many hubs on Obama and this one particularly sparked my interest. However, I do not agree with you, president Obama should not be impeached because of your reasons, and here is why I think this:

10- what does his pastor have anything to do with this?

9-perhaps Joe Biden was not the smartest pick in the world, but it is certainly better than Sarah. She does not have the knowledge to run this country, if God forbid, McCain were to die in office.

8-when did he use a TelePrompter in a news conference, is there a link you can give me? And even if he did have to use one, what's the big deal?

7- I don't understand what you mean by this reason?

6- how will it "pull the plug on gamma" when it's main goal is to provide healthcare so the plug won't have to be pulled on "gamma"

5- I would like proof on this one as well, but I understand him apologizing to the world for bush's term, he really screwed a lot of things up. When bush became president, there was a budget surplus, then he managed to ballon the deficit to over one trillion, and start a war, and he did not do to much for Katrina.

4- really? To take this one literally, he had to accept it, if he didn't then you would probably have changed the reason to "not accepting the Nobel peace prize."

3- I see your point here, but is it really a valid reason to impeach him? You could compare it to when bush received the news of the 9/11 attacks and kept reading to the children despite the devastating news he had just received. Here is a link to what I am talking about http://whatreallyhappened.com/WRHARTICLES/schoolvi...

2- Obama can't control what another guy does, and obama does support the troops. The war in the middle-east is a tough thing to deal with that bush left Obama with. If you do one thing the something bad will happen, if you do another then something else bad will happen, from there it is simply weighing out the consequences of your actions.

1-so there was a terrorist attack at the beginning of bush's term, and at the beginning of Obama's, what's your point? In fact the 9/11 was much bigger than the one in fort hood. How did Obama's actions and inactions lead to this terrorist attack? Obama couldn't control this guy? And how would this qualify as treason? By your definition of treason, obama neither helped the terrorist in war or helped him throw over the government. Also, why would Obama help him over throw the government if Obama is the head of the government?

Thank you for reading this and I look forward to your response. I honestly don't see this reasons as valid reasons to impeach someone. Most of the don't really matter and are debatable. If you choose the best ones out of your list of thousand of reasons to impeach Obama, then your other ones must not be too plausible to impeach him either. I appreciate your time to read this, and I hope you will reply to it! Thanks and have a great day!

Sorry for the delay. I was with my family, then I forgot.

#10. Mr. Obama was a member of Reverend Jeremiah Wright's Church called "The United Church of Christ" from Chicago. Before you try to hear any videos by this so-called Reverend, you must ask your parent's permission. This Reverend that Mr. Obama has called his mentor, the same Reverend who baptized his children, used profanity in the pulpit.

Wright has professed racist and vile comments regarding other races. Wright is very close to Louis Farrakhan, an anti-Semite leader of a religious cult.

Worse, prior to Obama actually tossing his head into the ring to run for President, on the church website, their statement of faith professed Black Libertarian Theology (they took this part down shortly after the media started picking this up. Look up what Black Libertarian Theology is.

Why is this important? Wright is a mentor of Mr. Obama. We are known by the company we keep. This very close association with a racist preacher along with close ties to a cult-leader who proclaimed aliens came to him in a spaceship and told him things to say - says something about Mr. Obama. That's why #10 is very, very important. I am grieved that we have a racist in the White House.

#9. Sarah Palin is a very good speaker. You may believe that she isn't smart, but that's because you're listening to liberals. She's smart enough to get through four years of college without plagiarizing major college papers as Joe Biden did. That makes Joe Biden a cheater and not smart enough to write his own papers. Sarah Palin received her college degree without having to cheat.

Joe Biden says very silly and frankly stupid things every time he speaks. Sarah Palin may have said some things that weren't brilliant, but even liberals won't say that Joe Biden is smart. He's - quite frankly, a joke. I'm afraid you're wrong and not informed if you think he's "smarter" than Sarah Palin.

#8 I know you're 15 years old, but it is common knowledge that Mr. Obama uses a teleprompter, even when he speaks to grade schools. He can't speak without using one - he fumbles the things he says - he can't think of what to say without one. When it stops, or has a glitch he says very unintelligent things. I don't have time to find the links - you look them up. It's a factual, and caught without one - or not using one, Mr. Obama often sounds very dumb. See my Hub with video of what happens when he is off the teleprompter:http://hubpages.com/politics/Obamas-Bloopers-and-B...

#7. Mr. Obama and his administration has tried to dupe the public into believing that his stimulus plans that pumped billions and billions of tax payer dollars into special companies that the Obama administration picked created or "saved" jobs. "Saved jobs" is an economic term never before used because it's ridiculous. There is no possible economic figures that can possible measure such a subjective term. It's ludicrous and simply untrue. The stimulus money created very, very few jobs - in fact, the jobs they did "create" were government jobs and it cost far more money to "create" them then the jobs are worth.

#6. President Obama has close alliances and ties with eugenicists. He appointed a number of Czars, some of whom designed the healthcare bill. Basically - but you need to look this up yourself. These people believe in the basic philosophy of the Nazis including the old and infirm bring the rest of the population down, therefore, they should not receive the same type of health care services as should say a 25 year o.d. So for example - if your 87 year old Gramma could benefit from a triple-bypass - because Obamacare Healthcare can not possibly pay for all healthcare for every citizen of the United States, they must cut costs somewhere. There have been writings by Dr. Berwick where he makes no bones about healthcare rationing. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC279907...

So, because under Obamacare healthcare MUST be rationed, guess who won't get her triple bypass? Gramma. Rationing has to happen because nowhere has Socialized medicine worked, ever. That's what Obamacare is, Socialized medicine. It's impossible to pay for everyone. Under Obamacare, even the poor and uninsured won't all get insured. It's impossible to do. So that's where the plug gets pulled on Gramma.

#5. There was no such thing as a surplus. It never existed. It was a PROJECTED surplus. This is another Democrat/liberal myth. It never happened, Bush didn't "screw that up. It's utter nonsense. "http://online.wsj.com/article/SB100014240527487047...

#4. That was a tongue in cheek. And he most definitely did not have to accept it. He's President of the United States, he could have turned it down. But regardless, I was being sarcastic and used irony here.As I did actually with most of this piece.

#3 And this is why you should read "Decision Points" or read something Condi Rice said, or other EYE WITNESSES to WHY he did what he did. He didn't want to FRIGHTEN THE CHILDREN. He was showing concern for the children in the room. Within moment he moved into action. Again, I was being ironic, but you're being foolish, truly foolish if you believe that lie about Mr. Bush not knowing what to do. Utterly foolish.

#2 President Obama hadn't met with ANY military officials for months into his first year. He met with the top General for Afghanistan and Iraq exactly TWO TIMES within his first year. Shameful! Mr. Bush met with his military leaders THREE TIMES A WEEK. Mr. Obama cares about the military like he cares about aborted babies. He never visited a single soldier for months into his term, yet had plenty of time for golf - he played more golf in his first year than President Bush played in all eight years of his Presidency. http://hubpages.com/politics/While-The-President-G...

#1 - Here is the point. Since Pearl Harbor, we had never been attacked by an enemy representing forces outside of the United States successfully on American soil. 9/11 ACTUALLY took an estimated TWO YEARS to plan. Again, this is common knowledge, don't take my word, look it up. So technically it was planned during the CLINTON administration and executed nine months into the Bush Presidency. To be fair, I do not place blame on President Clinton. I believe no one really could believe it all could have happened. After 9/11, there wasn't even ONE SINGLE terrorist attack on American soil all the rest of the eight years of Mr. Bush's Presidency. Mr. Obama isn't even through his first term in office and we have a terrorist attack on American soil due to his inept leadership and inability to appoint the proper people to protect our country. THAT'S the point.

Now - this is it. I will not be able to debate with you any longer. You need to take your time and look everything up here that I've told you about. If I gave you a link, read the entire article. Young one,

I hope you can tell when you are being patronized. he tone of this response is insulting to you and to anyone who values the truth. Your mature and well-thought-out comments and questions deserve a much more respectful answer.

First, there is no impeachable offense in any of these supposed "reasons." You are right in questioning them and, in doing it in such a respectful manner, you exhibit a great contrast to the contemptuousness of the author.

I am not a religious person, but if you are, I think just comparing the comments of God's Child with those of this author will give you an indication of who is the more reasoned and Christ-like speaker.

As for the suggestions of websites to visit, be aware that you can find justification for anything on the internet. Use your own obviously sharp judgement to decide what to accept as truth and fantasy.

I look forward to reading more of your submissions. Good luck.

If the person that posted this ting really believes a standing President would be impeached for those 10 reasons is frankly a moron. To claim that Sarah Palin is intelligent is interesting. Do you know how many schools she went to to get her 4 year degree??? Heck, my cat is smarter than her. Stupid, stupid stupid

Oh for crying out loud people! Liberals have NO sense of humor. Every one of these is TONGUE IN CHEEK. It's how I write. I wasn't and still am not seriously considering - when this was written eons ago - with what is listed here, that Mr. Obama committed impeachable offenses. HONESTLY!

OK Ken - this is going to be too easy. Sarah Palin stupid? Your CAT has more sense than Sarah? More sense and smarts than Joe Biden? At least Sarah didn't have to PLAGIARIZE her college papers (like Joe did) to graduate. Sarah is so dumb? At least she knows Austrians don't speak "Austrian" - a famous Obama gaff. More Obamisms, there are 57 U.S. states - I think Sarah knows how many states there are. Obviously your genius Obama does not. Mr. Obama and Biden combined on a GOOD day don't have enough brain power than Sarah has on her WORST day. At least she held some REAL JOBS in her life. And at least she has DIPLOMAS to PROVE she received her degrees. Where are Mr. Obama's published papers and degrees? The only way you THINK you know he graduated from anything is because NPR told you so.

Give me a break, will you please. This "Bush is dumb and Sarah Palin is dumb thing" is SO yesterday and SO dumb of YOU to try such a LAME argument when we all now know Obama is dumb as a box of rocks. And who did you vote for you say? Obama? Well then, what the heck does that make YOU Dude??? ROTFL!!!

Here Ken - listen and weep. Sarah dumb? Well the joke's on you. Wait until you give a listen to the gaffs and really really unintelligent things that come out of your guy's mouth when his teleprompter goes belly up. Read it and see it and listen to it and weep Dude...

Good points. Of course, before a president can be impeached, he has to be a legitimate president!

And, I think I know why he relies on the teleprompter so much - his head isn't right. Have you seen the interesting brain surgery scar he has. Google something like "Obama brain surgery scar" and hit Image for image results. When he was traveling through Britain he didn't even know what year it was. Maybe their puppets have become more sophisticated...

Well-presented ideas here! Accolades!

I hope when you read my writings Waxi - you realize that I use sarcasm and humor as well as serious topics. So if you do find something that upsets you or even offends you, please email me and we can discuss it.

Regarding Obama's use of a teleprompter during press conferences. Bush, Clinton, Bush Senior AND Reagan ALL used teleprompters. So suggesting that Obama is less fit to be president because he uses teleprompters is absurd. He is NOT the only president who hasn't taken questions at a press conference. And when he delivers a speech, just like his predecessors, he uses a teleprompter. Please don't be so coy as to suggest that Bush and those before him did not. And by the way, This whole notion of Bush keeping the country safe for two terms as president...Are you forgetting that the WORST attack on American soil happened under his watch and AFTER ignoring the intel given to his administration by the Clinton Administration. And please tell me what SUCCESSFUL attacks have occurred on Obama's watch--Oh, and how about that Bin Ladin kill? Was that somehow worthy of criticism? And finally, you bigot--Why shoudnt Ramadan be acknoleged as well? We have no OFFICIAL religion here in the US--So explain to me why celebrating other faiths is somehow unpresidential..

Oh, and follow my hub :)

Bruno - sadly you are ignorant as far as the facts go. Pretty much all the experts agree - it took at least two years to plan 9/11 - most of the planning for the 9/11 attacks took place under the CLINTON administration. Clinton had the intel first and the longest if you want to play that game. 9/11 happened only 9 months into the Bush administration and he was "behind" getting his White House in order thanks to Al Gore who hijacked the voting process to try and steal the election. Normally - once elected in November - the process can begin. Bush had to fight Gore so he had less time than most any President before him to be briefed and prepared.

Secondly - coy? I don't "play coy" - the FACT is - none of the other Presidents you named used a teleprompter WITH A GRAMMAR SCHOOL AUDIENCE like Mr. Obama has. Google photos of him with a teleprompter in front of a crowd of third graders. It's pretty pathetic. Mr. Obama sounds like a mumbling, fumbling idiot when the teleprompter breaks or God-forbid he even attempts to ad-lib. I have three or more blogs filled with video of his hysterical flubs and fumbling when he was off teleprompter. He's practically incapable of speaking WITHOUT IT. That's the point. When he IS without it - he sounds like a dunce. The other Presidents you listed were not only capable of speaking without teleprompters, but often did. I never said Obama was the only President to use one. I implied he's the only one who can't put two words together WITHOUT one.

And since you asked - THE SUCCESSFUL ATTACK ON AMERICAN SOIL UNDER OBAMA was the FORT HOOD terrorist attack. Remember that? The Muslim Doctor who slaughtered American citizens and soldiers UNDER OBAMA'S WATCH. Obama's henchman Holder is trying to call it a disagreement or some such idiotic nonsense - but this was a terror attack on U.S. Soil under Obama's watch - and as is his M.O. Obama OF COURSE did NOTHING about it. He spent more time trying to call it every other descriptive word or phrase besides what it was A TERRORIST ATTACK ON AMERICAN SOIL - than he did doing anything about it.

After 9/11 Bush kept us safe for the rest of his two terms. Obama isn't in office two months and we had the first successful terror attack on U.S. soil since 9/11 when Obama's President. He TRULY is the WORST President in U.S. History.

Lastly - it isn't that Mr. Obama adores the Muslim faith - it is that he has been anti-Christian faith since the moment he stepped into office. The DAY he was sworn in - the website that has been up for years where Christians could go and pray over each room of the White House was taken down without one word of explanation. The first religious holidays Obama recognized with state dinners were Muslim religious holidays while he canceled one after the other Christian holidays. He ONLY began to "include" SOME Christian events - like Christmas as he began his campaign to run again. He's totally anti-Christian. It would appear under the Obama administration that he would like to make Islam the OFFICIAL religion what with all of the state dinners etc. he's had for this religious organization.

Enough with the conspiracy theory thing. Now Obama has has brain surgery? That's absurd--And even if he did have brain surgery, so what. I had heart surgery--Soes that mean I may not be able to empathize with people? Kennedy had severe back problems all his life--Did that cause him mental distress, or a lack of ability to bear the burdens of the presidency? And Roosevelt was crippled with polio--Did that detract from his ability to govern?

I appreciate how frank you are in the expression of your opinions. I thought your hub was very interesting, and, to be honest,Obama is not my favorite.... I do have a genuine question, though: Why is it bad that "Obama hosted a kick-off for Ramadan in the White House"?

cjv123 profile image

cjv123 4 years ago from Michigan Author

The act itself - K-Ray isn't "bad". Never said it was "bad." What IS bad and extremely telling however is - literally - the DAY Obama was sworn into office - his White House staff shut off access a website that had been up for years had to the White House that was Christian. It was a website where people could go to view virtual rooms of the White House and pray over these rooms. The White House shut it down with absolutely no explanation despite the fact that the CHRISTIAN organization that owned it repeatedly asked for an explanation.

Mr. Obama canceled the day of prayer and refused to even refer to it even though every President I believe since Ronald Reagan have openly participated. Mr. Obama has systematically eliminated many Christian, nationally recognized events or invites from his agenda, but has consistently managed to bow to Muslim leaders, recognize every single Mulsim holy day or observance with official White House recognition while snubbing or literally banning all Christian recognition of the same (as of the writing of this Hub. Since he started to run for his second term, he has hypocritically changed that behavior). That is what is "bad" because it is obvious Mr. Obama has lied about many things and most definitely about his Christianity. He obviously has disdain for Christians by his "clinging to their guns and religion" remarks as well.

If Mr. Obama had given at least equal time to BOTH Christian and Muslim observances - you'd hear little complaining from me.

K.Ray451 profile image

K.Ray451 4 years ago

Thanks for the timely response--I was hoping it wasn't because of a Muslim vs. Christian mentality.

Really, though, your ability to lay out an argument is quite impressive. Even though we have different points of view, I enjoy reading your hubs! Keep up the good work.

Thanks K.Ray - I have a high regard for our constitution including freedom of religion and the freedom to express one's faith. I have zero against Islam - what I have a problem with is lying hypocrites. No less if they happen to be the President of my country.

I am very interested in reasonable points of view, even when I don't agree with the person. That's why I love Fox News. I hear the other side from REASONABLE people - not crazy extremists like the ones on other networks. I appreciate your kind words.

K.Ray451 profile image

I am in agreement there. Hypocrisy is a huge problem everywhere-- most notably in politics.

Of the major news networks, Fox News is the most tolerable for me (Although, when I say that out loud among fellow college students, I expect to get ridiculed.

Thanks again for your responses!

cjv123 profile image

Unfortunately KRay - people who ridicule Fox News have rarely ever bothered to watch it. They only repeat what they hear or gather from surfing the Internet rather than actually watch Fox News programing. It sooths my soul to know that even though you are forced to practically be a "closet" watcher of Fox News - there are some young people brave enough to do so anyway. When you're young - it's so much more difficult to be "different". I realize we don't agree - but the fact that you remain open minded to the other side (as I do) is very encouraging to me. Keep it up, you'll be a better person for it! Your character is already showing signs of greatness. Thanks for your thoughtful input. ;)

I didn't know that they allowed computer privileges in hospitals for the mentally ill..... Learn to support your country and the man who helps guide her into the right direction... cjv123 profile image

Charles, this was written when he was newer in office, the list would be volumes long now. The majority of the people of this country got it VERY wrong unfortunately and if they have a brain, they'll never vote for him again or anyone like him EVER again! Let's add to the list the very latest stupid blunder the man made that should be added - as President of the United States threatening the Supreme Court from the bully pulpit. That could definitely be added. This Hub was originally written when he first became President. And I'm afraid the fact that you defend his Presidency speaks volumes about your ignorance of the facts.

The actions and inactions of the president are very troubling to me and so is the company he has chose to keep! He's chosen to associate himself with those who hate this nation and takes his ideas from radical marxists like Saul alinsky, bill ayers and reverend Wright. His main influences in his life have been from far left radicals, for example his own mother and grandfather.

I can't think of any of his ideas as American ideas, his ideas are opposed to anything this country stands for!

You would think his connection to Rev. Wright alone would disqualify him from any serious consideration for high office!

What is troubling is that this scam of a President who should never have been allowed into office in the first place (how did he obtain a Social Security card from Conn. when he was 15 years old, lived in Hawaii with his mother and had NEVER BEEN --at that time-- to Conn?! Just for starters...). It's the biggest con game of the world EVER and the American people - and the rest of the planet, are the dupes. Thanks for your input wba108.

For all the liberal Obama-ites who think he is the second coming of christ - ITS NOT BUSH's FAULT! Its Clintons fault. The economy and 9/11. So go learn some political facts. Obama is the worst President to hit the US ever and will always be the worst. So to the liberals.....who cant come up with anything but its Bush's fault...come again? This man is a fraud and I would be blaming Barak not GW because its OBAMAS FAULT

Diane - that has always been my question. Never mind the birth certificate - why does he have a social security from CONNECTICUT when he got it at age 15, lived in Hawaii and had never BEEN to CT?! What in the world has happened to this country? Where was the media with this TOP story? He never EVER should have been put into office. I personally think the man is a criminal - literally - that just has not been caught and tried for his crimes. It's disgusting. BUT we do have a country of IDIOTS who voted for him - we did it - essentially - to ourselves. VOTE NOVEMBER 2012 and get this IMPOSTOR out of office! Thanks for stopping by!

Shred of Logic 3 years ago

I'm younger, so some people are SHOCKED when they hear that I'm not fond of Obama.

Why is this? I have 5 reasons. (I could go on, but these are the biggies.)

1 - His inauguration cost $170 MILLION dollars.

He spent $170 MILLION ON HIS FIRST DAY AS PRESIDENT. (Comparatively, Bush's inauguration was $42.3 million, less than 1/4 of the amount). You can argue all you want about it being 'special because he's the first black president', but if he were really as 'budget conscious' as he claims to be, he wouldn't be so willing to spend that much on basically nothing. Leading to the next reason:

2 - Funding for NASA.

He CUT finding for NASA by at LEAST 20%, with a 40% cut to the Mars exploration in specific. He also cut large amounts from the Defense Department, Homeland Security, and Agriculture (that one I'm second most sore about, cause that's my line of work, and people in agriculture are under appreciated as it is). After the $170 billion he spent on inauguration, he could have kept his 'yay I'm president' down to a reasonable amount and left NASA the hell alone.

3 - SOPA and PIPA

I don't really have to explain these ones to you. Half of everyone was online ranting in protest to them and the ridiculous ammount of censorship they were going to force on the internet, DESTROYING online freedom of speech. Well, guess who supported those bills fully until he realized that he was losing most of his voting group and his chance of re-election. And even then, he didn't stop them, he only said he wanted them changed before he would pass them. They're still waiting to be passed.

4 - HIS DAMNED INTERNET ADDS.

THEY HAVE BEEN COVERING MY INTERNET - EVERY SITE - FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS. SERIOUSLY THIS SHIT IS GETTING ANNOYING HOW MUCH DID HE EVEN BLOW ON THOSE 'PET LOVER FOR OBAMA' ADDS?!? WHAT HAPPENED TO 'SPEND LESS CAUSE WE'RE IN A RECESSION'?! Also I'm pretty sure 'Vote Obama and get a chance to win dinner with the president - airfare covered' is considered bribery.

5 - Increasing taxes on the wealthy instead of fixing the taxation system.

I'm not particularly well off. In fact, I've been rather poor for most of my life, and had to work 2 jobs to pay my way through college. I also have a lot of friends who are similarly poor. One of their situations in particular struck me. His father had recently gotten a raise, but that pushed him up into the next level of 'taxation' and at the end of the day, he was having to pay more in taxes than he was earning. He ended up with LESS money after getting a raise. And Obama only wants to increase this gap. You can't level off taxes into platforms and expect everyhing to be a-okay, you're going to have people at the bottom of the platform who are losing money, and unable to support their families. The only way to solve this is to FIX the taxation system, not push more taxes on people depending on how much they make. Someone needs to explain this to Obama. However, from the man who thinks $170 million celebrations for himself are nothing to bat an eyelid at, I really can't say that I'm surprised.

Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not fond of EITHER political candidate in the current running, but I wish people would stop being so damn ANNOYING about how wonderful and perfect Obama is and how much they want to marry him. Cause at the end of the day, he's only a politician, just like the rest of them. His only goal is to keep the title for another 4 years,no matter how many idiot 18-year-olds he has to fool into voting for him by high-fiving one guy dressed as a janitor for the camera, and claiming that he'll buy them a puppy if he gets their vote.

But unfortunately, most youths today are blind, stupid, or both. Absolutely clueless, like sheep. Dumb sheep who will follow Obama blindly as long as he keeps making thumbs-up signs at the camera and telling them that all the other candidates are evil. And for the other morons in my general age-group, I would like to apologize to everyone who has a speck of intelegence. My generation is apparently STUPID.

(Also on the list, but not in detail: Not acting like president(acting like a celebrity instead, with he and his wife appearing on TV shows as guest stars), lying about his background, ignoring presidential duties, allowing voter fraud in his favor in elections, claiming he would pull soldiers out of the middle east and then instead putting more in, and above all, the fact that he is promoting SOCIALISM for America. BLATANTLY.)

Dear Shred - I remember at the time being outraged that he lavishly spent so much money on his inauguration - so much more than any other President before him and during a time of economic crisis. I can NOT and WON'T believe unless I have to - that almost half this nation thinks he should be reelected. I am choosing to believe that Romney will win by a landslide. Thank you for your comments.

This is how cults get started. We are all here because we think we can do better then those we put in charge. We seem to think we have all the worlds answers but what we lack is not intelligence we lack the burden. The burden we don't know of that our leaders face give you power and choice that affects millions and lets see how you fare. Chances are not very well no matter how smart we think we are no matter what "facts" we know.

cjv123 profile image

Dear Tin Hat - you definitely have a point. Walk a mile in their shoes. I understand that. However, given the fact that we have Benghazi before us with Hillary Clinton saying so careingly, People died, so what? We have a terror attack at Ft. Hood, and now the Boston Marathon attack two attacks on American soil and this president hasn't even been in office half through his second term (after 9/11 not a SINGLE terror attack happened on American soil during the GW Bush Presidency I might remind you), given the fact that the deficit has risen more under Obama than under every other President before him COMBINED. Given the fact that the Democrats - including this administration even when they completely controlled the entire House and Senate has YET to pass A BUDGET EVER. Given JUST those things I've listed here (there are so many more) and I compare this President to all others - I can safely say even without walking in his shoes - he not only should be impeached, but arrested. I know I stand on solid ground when I say that supported by the evidence I have just listed here.
