a. When your time had come, proceed to the Appointing System to retrieve your printed application form.
b. Then, get your queue number at the Information Center and wait your queue number to be appeared in the monitor indicating what processing window you will go to. While waiting, it is more convenient to sit on the waiting section of the Processing Area than standing at the aisle.
c. Next, proceed to the Passport Enrolment Section located at the 2nd floor. Pay the applicable passport fees (refer to passport fees).

e. And finally, you can have your new passport released and delivered to your home without having to return to the DFA office on the release date. It is optional and suitable for those who are from provinces. If availing for the delivery, proceed to the Delivery Counter to pay for delivery fees.
