Because he represents what 99% of Americans want--no war, no empire, lower taxes, and fiscal responsibility. The typical politicians in the US want to control the world. They raise millions from private interests and give millions to the TV networks for ads. That makes them the paying customers of the media. The media literally works for the two ruling parties in that sense. If Ron Paul is a "radical", than the majority of Americans are "radicals". I think it is radical to ignore international law and be a rogue state.
