Other people are use to us being a certain way and put you in a box ,so you don't want to get out of the box.Sometimes we are afraid to change because we care what people think. We shouldn't care.We need to live are life.Also people resist change because they are in a rut and it could be hard to get out of it.It is good to change for the better.Change are eating habits to be healthier.Change are workout habits by working out more.Change are work or school habits by not being late or working harder.etc
As we get older we are suppose to grow as a better person.You can change by writing down what you want to change or goals you want to accomplish.It's better to change now then put it off till tommorow and the next day.
