NONE in 2007, 2008 Democrats controlled both the House and the Senate. Result, no legislation by Republicans were allowed to be introduced in either house. The only option to delay legislation was a filibuster on bills up for a vote.

It appears that the ‘’do nothing’’ Republican charges from the President now resides with the Democrat Senate. House passed 27 Jobs bills and have sent them to the Senate for LEGISLATION action .

On the campaign trail, the President continues to refer to the mess he inherited when his administration took over in the whitehouse. Somehow those comments seem disingenuous since Obama was in the Senate and his party ( the Democrats ) controlled 2/3s of the government and 100% control of Congress.
One can be the judge as to who accomplished anything in the last 5 years.
Pay-go legislation should have been a good thing if Congress would follow the law.
