Wow, I've never heard anyone blame Bush for anything before. How original!
Well KK he took a healthy economy with falling poverty and in his two terms drove it into a massive recession and skyrocketing poverty... Now if it's a cliche it's only because it's so true.

Budgeting classes is an excellent idea.
They could also teach something other than eating fresh everything, since produce and meat costs more than anything else in the grocery store. How about some cheaper alternatives for low income people? It may be healthy, but it's not cheap!
I disagree on that. I eat healthy for the same cost as junk food. This is where maybe cooking classes could be added to my list of things they need to offer. Fresh ingrediants make healthy meals.
Well I wasn't talking about junk food, just food that doesn't require buying expensive meat or fresh fruit and veggies. There is an in between, and it's usually the most affordable, but may be grains, which can be pretty fattening.
