   I'll stab.  But I think of only one this election: WHAT IS BEST FOR OUR COUNTRY?
   other elections, I compare stances on everything. This election, to me there are several issues, jobs, economy. uniting our country (I don't think we've been so divided since the Civil War and Vietnam), poverty. Who is best up to the challenge of those issues?
   
   Solve (or begin the work of solving) those issues and others will fall into place.

   I would say researching the candidates and issues, really thinking about what is best for the entire country, making sure all votes are counted-America must speak up.

   The 3 most important factors to consider before voting are:
   
   1.  My vote will not change the status quo in Washington D.C. or in my State "election."
   
   2.  The people who I think are running for election are carefully screened and trained and represent the will of those who appoint them...not the American people who think they have a say in elections. This is to say that if we all voted for Mickey Mouse on the 6th of November, the media would report that either Mitt Romney or Obama won the election with millions of ficticious votes cast for each party.
   
   3. The people actually running our government (from behind closed doors) are far different than those who are "running for election" (the public front).

      The status quo in Washington D.C. never changes. Congress has a 17% approval rating from the American public, yet 95% of our congressmen will keep their chairs. How on earth can this be?

      How? Because too many people are apathetic and go with the status quo, not really believing they deserve more. As long as that attitude prevails and people sit on their hands, waiting for the hope and change of a Barack Obama, we won't do better..
