How can average Americans regain control of our government?

What can Americans do at this stage of "the game" to regain control of our government from "the big money," "fat cats," "Super PACs," "Soros-like" dominators of our republic?  I get the strong impression that even the Tea Party is already co-opted by these manipulators who think everything should march according to their drumbeat.  What can turn the trick?

Well, sir, we just keep on keeping on, raging against the machine, I suppose. Big Business riding and ruling governments has been with us from before Babylon, yet some there be amongst us just too focused on getting their cut of the pie to learn from history. All I can offer is WRITE ON!

Someone has said that "poor politicians get elected by good voters who don't vote!

I believe that is true. Someone also suggested that politicians wear sponsor patches on their suits like NASCAR drivers so voters can better know which corporations have bought and paid for them.

It is getting harder and harder as the American system becomes one of whores rather than patriots.
Sadly the last barrier, the Supreme Court, has been bought off.
Such decisions as corporations are individuals with equal rights to pay off their chosen candidate and buy their seat in power.
The decision that eminent domain can be used by private corporations or fat cats to force a citizen to sell their private property in order to get a better tax base.
The first thing the people have to do is stop drinking the Kool-Aid.
Stop believing that the US media is telling you anything close to the truth.
Stop believing that the US is somehow the “good guy” in all of its affairs.
Stop believing that your money is well spent in your best interest.
The US is now run not by politicians working to build a better world and a better America. They are nothing but clowns and pons of the highest financial powers. We didn’t go to war in Iraq to defend our freedom we went for Halliburton, we went for Blackwater, we went for the international corporations who profit from war no matter who wins, and they don’t care who wins.
What can we do,,, we can vote for something other than the SOS that we will get from every Democrat or Republican, just like we have for the last 100 years.

I believe with all of my heart and mind that the only way we will ever improve our government is to vote in anyone not involved in the 2 party system. Dems and Republicans have got to go. We will need to find common ground and learn how to give and take without taking away from our constitutional rights. Look at all the money that is given to the two parties during election years. Then look at how little is given to third parties. The people need to start voting for the person backed least by big business

Then when they get in they will become the Golden Ones, these third parties.  The civil servants are the bosses.

    Teamwork. Focus. Agreement.

    But on what?

Walk away! Boycott the corporations who have their lobbyists in Washington. When they feel the Billion dollar pinch, they will have to back off. Demand an end to Corporate Party political donations. Demand an end to "corporations as people." When politicians have to depend on the citizens (not the "corporate persons") for their elections, then we will have softened influences of corruption.

The trouble is, people have become too complacent and too lazy. They trust the Corporate Party media blindly when they should be more aware and more energetic on digging for answers that affect their futures. Normalcy bias is the real killer. Look what it did in Nazi Germany 80 years ago.

Take 9/11 for instance. For 10 years, I believed the Bush "conspiracy theory." But wars are still being created because of the lie of 9/11. Policies are still being written because of it. The noose of tyranny is being tightened so slowly on America, that it's just like the frog that doesn't jump because the slow boil doesn't frighten them until it's too late.

That was for ten years. Then I saw the science. Duh. Now, it's painfully obvious that 9/11 was an inside job. The physics and the evidence scream it. Every scientist who goes along with the details of the official version is paid to tow that line or is too afraid to jeopardize their career (in which case, it's money for complicity, again).

    But forgiveness is key.

I love America, but it's a temporary form in this mortal realm and there are more important things in this universe -- like love, responsibility, humility and faith.

We need to be able to turn the cheek on 9/11 and the ongoing tyranny borne out of it. But we also need not to react to the scare-mongering of the Corporate Party media. Reacting is what got us in this mess.

Like guns and the awful tragedies involving them. Like 9/11, the Power Elite (fat cats) don't mind killing innocents to achieve their goals. They need the 2nd Amendment out of the way so the dismantling of America can proceed with little difficulty. America may well have been the only physical entity capable of stopping their greedy plans for world domination. But the Father in heaven has other plans.

It isn't going to happen. That's where the only reformers still out there, the TEA partiers, have it wrong. Their faith is touching and their optimism refreshing, but both will be disappointed.

Stop wasting your effort on the illusion America can regain control of the United States, and start putting it into doing what you can to save yourself and yours from the wreck toward which this runaway party train of an unconstitutional national state is dragging us all.
