On a wartime enemy, actively engaged in a combat situation, I'd say take them out!
But for someone sitting in a cafe, or driving along a highway, or having a chat with friends, I'd say leave them alone.
Too much collateral damage in this sloppily defined "War on Terror."
I'd like to see Congress repeal this "War" which can never be won. What they're really talking about is more of a police action against individuals and small groups -- not nation states!
If you want to look for the real terrorists, look to the White House and Congress. When Bush and team lied about WMDs, they set in motion the deaths of thousands of Americans and hundreds of thousands of innocent men, women and children overseas. A big payday for Bush and Bin Laden families. When Obama broke the law and attacked Libya, he contributed to terrorism, making America into the Evil Empire we once denounced.
In a situation like WWII, drones dumping on the Germans or Japanese would've been great. But when the CIA is involved in setting up "terrorist" camps and moving "terrorist" forces into place for a staged "rebellion," drone strikes only make things worse -- killing far too many innocent bystanders to forward a corrupt agenda.
