Populism does not work every time, freebies gets votes? no it proved that voters are dissatisfied

India with multi party democracy and many flaws , still functioning well. Voters are showered by freebies but now it proved counter productive. Indian democracy has undergone many changes and urban qualified voters can not lured by populists measures Look in Delhi new party party cut into votes of national parties and non-political leader emerged.Voters have right to change government and they change.Populism part in elections but that do not solve unemployment and inequality problems.Voters are asking for system performance.poverty eradication should be the program promises if delivers well.
