Tried to do some research on UKIP, as I must admit to some ignorance of British politics. The founding principles, to divest Britain from the EU, certainly seems sound, if that understanding is correct. Ed Milibrand sounds correct in is desire to stop migration into the UK. It is difficult to discern, as in American politics, what is and what is not, due to infighting and the constant shifting of positions.
From my perspective and being quite fond of GB, not only from the point of our histories, but friendships that once flourished there, please do whatever is necessary to stop the bleeding. We, too, here across the pond, are bleeding profusely from similar problems and as one of us goes the other will follow.
I may not be speaking to your point of view, but then that was not in the question.
